I called Ruben in the morning and he had his plumber, Will, here at the requested time that afternoon. Will found the leak immediately and the work was completed in less than an hour.Bathroom was left clean and repaired. Price was totally reasonable.

We recently bought a home and we had a new washer and dry installed. The first time we run the washer the clean out line in our basement over flowed with sewage. This was on Sunday. I called Roto Rooter to come out on Sunday night and they called and canceled at 8:15pm. Frustrated I looked for another plumber and found RB Plumber. On Monday afternoon they came out and took a look at the sewer line. The RB Plumbing employee looked at the issues explained what they were going to do and how they would fix the issue. Sure enough they rodded the sewer line and fix the issue. Through the whole process explaining what they were looking for and signs the issue had been fixed. I would recommend RB Plumbing to any of my friends in the area.

Excellent service and job well done. I will definitely use them again. I called early morning and they came out the same day and fixed the issue.

My wife called me at work this afternoon to inform me that our basement was flooding and that watering was coming up through the floor drain. I sped home and shut off the washing machine and bailed out about 3" of standing water. I immediately logged onto Angie's List and starting calling plumbers. After a few calls, I reached Ruben and he dispatched a few of his guys. They were at our house working within 30 minutes of my initial call. They patiently explained what they needed to do and laid out the price (they charge a flat rate). Within about an hour, they were done and our sewer line was clear. They were very courtesy and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again.

About a month prior to installation, Ruben came out to give me an estimate to repair/replace a leaking kitchen faucet. As it turned out, the faucet was rusting out at the connection to the deck. Ruben suggested that I call the manufacturer to get a replacement for free. After a few phone calls & emails with Pfister, my new kitchen faucet arrived last week at no charge. Ruben and his son, Nate, arrived right on time this morning. They installed the new faucet without any problems. As they were packing up I mentioned that my husband & I will be putting in new counter tops and I asked if there was enough room to install a deep sink. Ruben said yes. And I also mentioned that we want to redo a bathroom, and that the shower hot/cold faucet is reversed (since we moved in), and that I thought it was the pipes. Ruben happily took a look, realized it was a Moen, popped off the handle and fixed the water issue AT NO CHARGE! Ruben is a CLASS ACT and he is the ONLY plumber I recommend to friends.

I spoke w Reuben who said they would be out to look at kitchen faucet same day between 3 & 4! Tim arrived at 3:45, assessed the faucet, stated new faucet needed. He installed the new Kohler which I purchased. Working ok. Water presure low but ok. Stated he would be happy to return to give estimate in the future for pipe replacement.

The were very professional. Came on time and did everything we talked about. Very satisfied!

Good. It was a minor problem - a cherry pit was stuck in it. He showed up on time and finshed the job quickly.

We called R.B Plumbing on 6/21 to schedule a non-emergency visit to repair a dripping bathtub faucet and unclog a bathroom sink faucet that was barely flowing. Tim came out on 6/25 and arrived a few minutes ahead of the scheduled 8:30 a.m. appointment. He was able to diagnose an replace the "Chicago faucet" stems in our bathtub, making it much easier to turn the stems on and off, and instantly eliminating the dripping. He then addressed the "clogged" sink faucet, which simply needed a new aerator. He was in and out - work completed and everything working as good as new - in barely 30 minutes! We were very satisfied.

It was a great experience. I am a new home owner and a single woman so I needed someone who could do the job and explain to me what they did and how they did it. Both men were engaged in what they were doing and very professional. I will definitely call them annually to come out to clear my line given i have large trees in both the front and back yard. Would recommend them for any plumbing need. They quoted me a price and even though they had to do a bit extra given my access spot they didn't charge anymore. Other firms charge by time and these folks charge by job.

No one showed up for the scheduled appointment.

I contacted the provider three times between July 8 and July 17, 2013. I used Angie's List messaging as well as the provider's website / contact links for email. I have not received a reply. I have moved on and have received estimates from other service providers. I won't be contacting this provider in the future.

I spoke with Tim and requested a price to install a kichent faucet and replace the shutoff valves under the sink. He agreed to $195 to install the faucet and the valves, plus the cost of the valves. When the faucet was installed he determined that the valves were not faulty as I had thought (must have had crud in them, that cleared). So he installed the faucet, took the check for $195 that I left with my father in law (I had also left $40 in cash for the parts). He did not call me to discuss. I later called and said that since the valve installation was not done I should not have to pay the full 195 since not all the work we agreed to was completed. Tim said that $195 was for the faucet installation and he was going to install the valves for free, so I didn't get anything back for the work not done. The problem is that this was not what we had agreed to. I've used Ruben for clearing a drain, a new sump pump and backup, and a garbage disposal. I've always been happy with him and his work, and his prices. But after this experience I'll shop around first before hiring a plumber. 7/22/2013 Now the seal in the valve continues to deteriorate and pieces of black rubber are plugging up my brand new faucet restricting the waterflow to a trickle.

Clever and solves issue immediately at a reason able price.

Corteous, punctual, clean easy to schedule an appointment. From this experience I have no reservations about contacting them again in the future if/when needed.

The day before the 4th of July holiday weekend RB Plumbing was able to send a team to fix our toilet. Their promptness and willingness to help a first time customer was greatly appreciated. They kept in contact regarding appointment time and address. They arrived on time and with the proper equipment to get the job done quickly. Extremely professional. Thanks so much.

We have had flooding twice in the last few months. I decided to think about flood control. I called this plumber and asked about an estimate. He said between $6500.00 and $7500.00, no payment plan. He said he didn't have time now to come out and give an estimate. I didn't say I wanted him to come now. I found the whole interaction rude. Harold Kassel

Reuben and Johan did an excellent job as per usual. We have been customers of Reuben since initially hiring him over two years ago and just wanted to take this opportunity to sing his praises once again. He is a master plumber who does excellent work. He has highly skilled plumbers working with him. We recommend him heartily, often and with no hesitation.

The plumber was great, he was on time and very helpful. He said that the slow drain in the kitchen is probably just air in the pipes and not worth the expense of him trying any treatment. He explained how you can see the air bubbles come out the other side if it's air that is causing the problem. He also explained to me everything that was going in as they video taped the condition of the sewer line. As a new home owner, I learned a lot!

Ruben had told me he would call the night before which he did and bright and early two of his employes showed up on time began work. They were great. Was impressed by there work .Devoted to getting the job done were neat and clean and very efficent not to mention very friendly.They dug the hole by hand replaced the pipe and rodded the sewer line and showed me all the roots that were in the line and installed a access pipe so if line needed to be rodded again no digging would be necessary.They were awesome.Replaced the dirt cleaned up wouldn't know they were there if not for the dirt refilled in the hole.Overall the experience with the company from start to finish was great.They were professional and personal all around great experience.

Mr. Ruben Borjas and his two helpers worked quickly and cleaned up as each unit was finished to the residents satisfaction, and we would have them back again for any plumbing work we need in the future. They performed like the professionals that they are, and we're very grateful that their workmanship has had no problems since then.

Everything was great. Friendly workers, and the work was done promptly. Cleaned up well. Did a nice job.

It was great. He had a coupon we could use along with his great price. Came out right away and finished quickly.

This is proably the 5th notice I have received from Angie's list to review something that hasn't even been completed yet! So far, so good is about all I can say.
