Description of Work: THE WORST---Hired them to do a final clean with a house I was closing on. 1st they were over an hour late, therefore I was late for my appointments. 2nd I asked for someone who could speak English, women couldn't understand anything. Therefore couldn't understand exactly what needed cleaning and how much time to spend in individual areas. Do a good job in bathrooms but that's it.Never again and I will let others know about them. Hopefully you will to.

They broke my broom and my vacuum cleaner. They took a bunch of books and piled them under the book shelf. My broom was at the bottom of the steps broken into two pieces.

Description of Work: housecleaners cleaned the kitchen of a vacant house. Communication was very poor. I requested several times details of exactly what was done, since I wasn't there and I couldn't see any noticeable difference, and I was refused.... just told "they worked really hard the whole time and were there for the times paid."
