Description of Work: After reviews from Angie's List, I left a voice mail at the phone number listed. Was interested in a new landscaper for weekly lawn care at my home in Chicago.

Description of Work: Nothing! They never get back to me, after several attempts to call them. That's not how you do business! Very unprofessional !!!!!

Description of Work: We used R&G for a spring clean up. They were wonderful and our yard looks great!

Description of Work: They come every Monday morning, around 8am, and mow, pull weeds, plant things if I need it, put fertilizer down....pretty much whatever needs doing in a large yard where the owners don't do the work.

Description of Work: They did an excellent Job !!! |Raul came out to discuss the work involved .... re-grading part of the back yard, weeding and seeding the area . He provided a proposal, we set a date and time and they were there .... punctual and very polite. Would not hesitate to call the again.

Description of Work: We LOVED the work that Raul did. He did a spring clean up and rebuilt some hardscaping for us, as well as a few other big jobs we did not want to tackle ourselves. My only issue was that he was not as responsive as I would have liked to e-mails or phone messages, but we will definitely use them again for fall and spring clean-ups each year.

Description of Work: i call ask for an estimate to do landscaping. they told me they will stop by and giving me a call with some numbers. raul call me back the next day and give me a quote, i told him to do the job and it was done by the time i get home

Description of Work: Tree removal and stumping. Came out and quoted same day. Tree was removed within the week. Did the work and came by for payment after I was happy with the job. Very nice

Description of Work: I was impressed with the ratings for R & G Landscaping. Raul replied to my e-mail, saying that he would go to the address and provide me with an estimate for weekly lawn maintenance. I indicated that in the Fall, I would need other service, including grass or sod. I am very disappointed to say that he did not follow through.

Description of Work: R&G Almanza completed a flag stone patio that was approximately 12X12 feet. My husband and I started the project last year and it became overwhelming for us. Some of the stones were impossible to lift and replace, yet alone try to get level. I called R&G and he came out and gave an estimate for the work.They arrived and completed the work the following week even though the temperature was probably 95 degrees. The patio looks very professional, the spaces between the flag stones were filled completely and there has been no plant growth between the stones. The edges were finished nicely and the entier patio is level and we can use our patio furniture without any rocking of the chairs or table. A tree was trimmed as well. The entire area was cleaned so well that it looked like a photograph for an advertisement. It has been 4 months since the work was completed and there are no problems at all. We are very pleased with the work that was done and would recommend their services to anyone without reservation.

Description of Work: A big yard clean-up. We never have had a professional company provide pruning, upkeep etc. Major pruning to some trees and hand pruning to some more delicate bushes.
