I explained that I am not available during the week days. Spencer went on how it was not a problem. I believed we confirmed for 9am on a Saturday. He calls me on Friday to tell me he was at my house to look at the roof! Believing that it was miscommunication, he said he would pencil me in for Saturday. He was a no show. I called, a worker said he would get hold of Spencer. No call back!
