Description of Work: Conquest came to my house and sprayed a chemical barrier against ants all around the outside of the house. Before they did so, we would occasionally get ants in the house. I have two very young children. So, despite my best efforts, there are always cracker crumbs on the floor. The sprayed barrier did the trick, and we never see ants in the house anymore. So, overall, very good service. I do have two complaints, however. I was careful to be home when they said they would come. But, they came early and sprayed when I was not home. I was hoping to be able to speak with the expert, ask some questions and so forth. Secondly, I have a back deck with a staircase. They sprayed under the deck (around the house), but not around that staircase. So, I still have to remain vigilant about ants coming up the staircase, and therefore over and around their barrier, to get into the house. Other than those two complaints, I highly recommend their service. It definitely works.

Description of Work: Special was 95.00, but there was a "bait and switch" to 160.00 In less than 3 months the pests were back in my home. Clearly this company was using a bandaid approach. Don't think they really found the source of the problem. I'd like to make 160.00 for just 20 minutes of work.

Description of Work: I described my problem on the phone - ants in rotten wood in my yard. He simply told me to get rid of the wood and the type of ant I have will not survive. He could have charged me for a service call and done the same. His honesty saved me money. If I need them in the future (or I think I do) I will definitely call them again.
