Mark came and got rid of the hornets the same day I contacted him, and they haven't been back. Thumbs up !

It was a great experience. We called on Friday the 4th of July (when we discovered we had an ant problem). Mark called us back the next day and we made arrangements to take care of the problem as soon as our schedules allowed. The next Monday (3 days from the original call on the holiday) Mark came at 530 PM when I got home from work. He quickly and professionally took care of the problem. There were no surprises. The products were pet friendly, which was critical for me. He is extremely professional, with decades of experience, which was obvious from the minute we started talking. The guy that came out was the same guy we had last year. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The price was good. They didn't change the price from last year so it was the same.

Conquest is timely, professional, and has been responsive to our follow up requests. We have had 2 kinds of ants in our house, and between tree removal and construction in the house have continued to disturb and invite them in. We have had Carpenter Ants over the last week and nothing I was doing was helping. When I found them in the dishwasher, that was it...I needed help ASAP! Tessie from Conquest Pest was very responsive to my email through Angie's List! I wish all companies on AL were like that! My first contact was on a Monday, and on Tuesday confirmed our appointment for first thing Wednesday morning. The tech was on time and got straight to work. He explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions. He even ran into our neighboor and asked her if she had any ants, and if he could get into her yard to spray the other side of our house! The service was for the inside and outside of the house, and for one follow up appointment if necessary.

Service went well. On time and professional, even when coming back for the second treatment. They responded quickly and were courteous about the return service.

They were punctual, did what they were supposed to and everything was fine.

Great! Ours is a house that was built in 1884. The person who did the service was Alex Guzman. He was extremely professional, explained very clearly what he was going to do and patiently addressed all my concerns. He promptly returned my calls. He came back after ten days, checked which of the baits had been consumed, and plugged all possible entry points outside the building. Alex is simply terrific. I highly recommend him.

He is the owner of the company. He showed up on time. He felt that the treatment he would do was not necessary and would take care of itself over time and didn't charge me anything. He was very honest.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was pretty good. The whole project ended up being a lot more expensive. They were supposed to fix everything, but a month ago we found another problem so we called them and they sent another person over. He was not as thorough as the first guy and although we have not seen any more problems that does not mean it is resolved. My husband and I were not there when he did the treatment so we did not see what he did. The first guy was pretty good, but there were some left over things. The second one, I just don't know. The first time they came out the technician was late.

The person who came out was very knowledgable and did a complete check before applying bait. We still noticed a some ants a few weeks later, but the company sent someone out without additional charge to bait again. No problem since that time. I would definitely recommend if pests are a problem.

I contacted Mark based on the reviews on Angie's list to remove a wasp nest attached to my garage service door. He scheduled a service call to accomodate my availability. Mark was knowledgeable, courteous, professional and thorough. He removed the wasp nest and performed preventative maintenance to forestall any recurrence. The charge for the services rendered was reasonable and I would recommend Mark without question.

They had to come out 3 times before the problem was fixed. The price was way to high.

Alex Guzman/Conquest Pest Solutions is the only person/company you will ever need for getting rid of unwanted insects/pests. Alex came out the very day I called. He treated a silver maple tree, fence and surrounding area for carpenter ants. He told me to wait a couple days and if there were signs of ants, to give him a call. Three days later, I did notice a few ants and left a message. On Sunday (early evening) my wife and I were parking the car and noticed Alex treating the tree and area again. He had told me he had just returned from a weekend out of town and thought he would respond to my request. I was truly surprised to see someone who is dedicated to his work and his clients, as Alex is. He is knowledgable, friendly and someone you should experience for pest control. I have lived in Chicago for 30+ years and wish I had found his company earlier !!!! I would HIGHLY recommend Alex Guzman / Conquest Pest Solutions to be the ONLY exterminator you will ever need. The franchise companies cannot and will not treat you as good as Alex Guzman (Conquest Pest Solutions) !
