Several weeks later we still had mice, they came back out, said that there was evidence that the mice were eating the bait. The technician brought no tools and did not do a thorough search of how they might be getting in. We finally put out more bait and the mouse activity seems to have abated.

Other companies have wasted my time in the past, Conquest got it done right first time.

This company did an excellent job! We are going to use them again this year because we were so impressed with their service. They were very professional, communicative, and did quality work. I also found the price to be very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in my community.

Excellent service and moral support (needed for pest control).

Firstly, I was very impressed with the level of service on my initial call. The customer service agent, Chris, was very friendly and knowledgeable. I originally hired the company for my unit, but called back after the other 2 units in the building agreed to hire them as well. This was not reflected on my bill that I paid on the spot, but it only added about 5 minutes of confirmation with the office. We stopped seeing mouse droppings on our counter and stove-top within 3-4 days of the service. Every time I looked at the bags of poison they had moved (or had new chew holes) so I knew the mice were going for the bait. The technician that came out was very friendly, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to quickly track the source and identify the specific type/breed of pests we had. He spent about 15-20 minutes in each unit. The entirety of the visit for the 3 units + basement was 1 hour. We are very pleased with the service, and will recommend this company, and also use them in the future as needed.

This work was done quite some time ago. I thought I had already submitted a review. I don't recall all the details. But the employee who worked at my house was very diligent and went beyond my expectations to try to secure the house and garage.

Fantastic group, they were professional, patient, and knowledgable. They took the time to answer all of our questions and they responded right away when we called. I would definitely recommend them and will hire them again in the future if need be.

Traps were put out and mitigation techniques that I could do were suggested. Alex came multiple time over three weeks until all evidence of the infestation was gone.

They were prompt and followed-up after the initial application to make sure that the problem was solved.

Good! Inspector came back for a follow up visit. No sign of bed bugs since second visit! Appreciate the thoroughness and the good price!

I had discovered I was randomly getting ants in all rooms of my second floor condo. Called and Ken came out same day. He was great. Wouldn't traps until he found the problem. Not only did he get in out and around my condo, he also sprayed around the building as a while. He was courteous and really knew what he was talking about. He answered all my questions and I feel much better knowing it is all eco friendly!

They came 3 times: once to see scope of work & give a quote, once to perform work, and a third time to add a screen to the one pipe they had missed.

We had an ant problem and they came out same day to spray. Immediately the ants were gone after they had left. They offer you a free return within 30 days which is great. The technician was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They will be my go to for pest control from now on!

Not well, per the above description of "What did the provider do?" which in the end was nothing besides waste my time.

I called another exterminator first (based on similar great Angie's List reviews) and scheduled a 3 hour window for the service. They didn't show up! So I called Conquest and they sent someone over within 1 hour of my call. Amazing! The exterminator was knowledgable, friendly and thorough. It's too soon to tell how effective the treatment will be but they did say the price included one re-treatment within 30 days if needed.

They did a fantastic job. They were able to come out right away and they are a green company so the stuff that they used to kill the wasp and hornets isn't very harmful for my dog.

They did it well and they left a flyer to let me know it was completed.

I believe that cost is for two sprays per annually. They are actually coming out to the house again some time next week. What I like about them is that they use a product that is not harmful to animals or children. It is not toxic like what a lot of other companies use. They are very nice, very accommodating and a nice company to deal with. They are a family owned business, not a big corporation.

I've worked with them before for a similar issue at our 2-flat building and reached-out to them again as we had seen evidence of mice in our home just before the holidays. Everything, from speaking with Tessie the receptionionist/scheduler to the visits by Ron, went great. I appreciate their responsiveness, their professionalism, the way Ron is thorough about his work and doesn't mind educating his clients, their punctuality and communication when they may be delayed or early, and the final results (i.e. NO MICE!). They even have a 30-day time period after their first two visits when they'll come-out again to re-bait traps without a charge, and though we were on vacation at the time our 30-day period ended, they were more than happy to extend that period by a few days to accomodate us being home after our trip. Results AND good customer service...job well done!

Conquest Pest Solutions was able to get rid of the ants in our home in one visit. We were told what was being done during the time the application to get rid the aunts was being done. They use "green"/ "natural" products so neither the humans or our pet were at risk . No sign of the ants since the application. We would use them again without question.

They were very helpful and did a good job. We don't have any problems after they came out a few times.

Showed up when they said they would. Charged what they said they'd charge. Asked the right questions. Covered all the bases. That was back in May. We haven't seen an ant indoors since. Next spring, when the ants reappear, I'm calling Conquest. They do the business.

The service went well. They came out and laid traps. They were able to prevent any infestation for us and we never saw any of the pests around. One technician came out for the job. They were very knowledgeable and able to provide the best advice to maintain a pest free area. He also was able to fill any gaps he saw that would have allowed pests to come into our unit. They came back 2 more times to make sure the service was working. I had no problem scheduling the service.
