I called Chris at Conquest at 9 am and he had someone out here by 1:30. Alex walked the property, set traps inside, and gave recommendations to help prevent entry into my home. I called back as I noticed the rat trying to climb my stairs from my basement. Carlos was sent out and arrived at 5:30. Carlos stayed over an hour to catch it. Chris, Tessie (customer service rep), Alex, and especially Carlos went above and beyond what they needed to do. I can't thank them enough and they have my highest recommendations. They allowed me and my family well tonight and i can't thank them enough. Conquest will be my first and only choice for any pest solutions and will be recommended to all my family and friends.

Carlos was one of the sweetest service technicians I've ever had in my home. But also very good at what he was doing. All was great. Timely, reasonable, easy. Everything I like. Not a service I want to hire again (:-)) but if ants come knocking again, I will call Conquest. (Only note is that when I called, I was directed to their website. So a little goofy to me that I was on the phone and directed elsewhere. I didn't get a response to my email inquiry but was open to the fact maybe I didn't input something correctly. So I called back and just left a voice mail on the first voicemail box option. From there, everything was very prompt and professional.)

We had a great experience with Conquest. They were easy to schedule. Michael was on time and very professional. I was concerned about seeing a few carpenter bees around our wooden deck. Michael was very thorough in his examination. He also answered all of my questions. A follow-up visit is included in the regular rate, if necessary. Michael came out a second time and was just as great. We haven't seen any bees since then. We've done everything he recommended to keep it from happening again, which feels really good. Went very well. After a couple of days, no more ants.

It went great. Michael called promptly within the two hour window provided and let me know when he would be arriving at my home. He laid out for me exactly what he was going to do to remove the hive from my garage and what I should expect after it had been removed regarding the wasp's reaction to the nest's removal going forward. Michael cleaned up afterwards all of the debris from the removal and explained how the emailed invoice and work having been done documentation process would work.

They sprayed around the outside and inside of the house and haven't seen any more ants.

They were affordable. They do have a high rating on Angie's List and that is why I choose them to begin with. The toxicity of their supplies is good for my kids and pets, so I thought that is really great.

What stood out about them was how quickly they could come, their knowledge of what they needed to do to solve the problem for me, and the supplies they used were non-toxic for my kids and my pets. I plan to use them next spring when I have the same problem.

They didn't communicate very well. They came and set the traps and left. Came back to pick up what they needed. They were fine. I would use them again. we noticed immediate changes with pests.

It helped the problem as well as can be expected. It's been a few months, and I may have to call for another applications on.

Our experience was flawless from start to finish. The person who answered the phone was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He listened to my concerns regarding potential toxicity and very patiently explained how their baits worked and why they were not dangerous to pets or people. We were able to schedule service within a few days, despite the fact that we called at the start of a holiday weekend. The technician was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. The baits have been in place for about 5 weeks, and we haven't seen a single ant for the last few weeks. We are very happy with Conquest and strongly recommend them.

I would hire them again. One guy came. He was top line, engaged, professional in his industry. He knew what he was talking about. He was interested in the client. If they are engaged than you're good. I paid what I got for. To me the price was fine.

Very well. It turned out not to be a termite or serious ant issue. Worker explained what clues he was looking for and explained the minor problem I had, naming the ant. I gave the go ahead and he treated inside and out. There has been no insect problem since.

Ken was great to work with. Very knowledgeable, professional, and a friendly guy too. He discussed what his plan was and then quickly got the job done. A few weeks later I noticed a few ants still sticking around and he came back out and finished them off free of charge. The person running the office/answering calls was very friendly and accommodating too.

Significantly less bugs coming in the house.

The service provider was very professional and knowledgeable with the problem. He used a couple of things. Whatever he did it worked. The estimate included one return visit with 45 days if needed.

Service went very well. Technician was on-time, professional, and thorough. Did not arrive in a marked vehicle, so that was a little confusing...but I assume that is to be discreet. They also do place a "heads-up" call when they're getting close, which is appreciated. We did have to take advantage of their 30-day guarantee, as the ants were still around after 2 weeks. But since the second treatment nearly 2 weeks ago, so far no new sightings of live ants. I also like that they don't require any sort of contract or obligation for return trips like some of the larger companies do.

So far so good. We did need to request a return trip after 2 weeks for a second treatment. They have a 30-day warranty. Technicians were polite and professional. Neither arrived in marked vehicles, so that was a little confusing. That may be an effort to be discreet. There was not a long wait to get appointments. People in the office that take the calls were also very pleasant and helpful.

Very well. Ants were gone about 4 days after treatment. Conquest was honest and said that if the ants came back by date x, they would do a 2d treatment for a reduced price. Some ants came back, and conquest did the 2d reduced-price treatment.

Very well. It took a couple of weeks for the ants to disappear (which Conquest advised us when they did the treatment). Conquest was correct - a few (sometimes more than a few) ant stragglers were around after treatment, but within 2 weeks, the ants were gone.

We purchased a 3 month spraying package and it went pretty well. I know we are facing an uphill battle based on bordering yards who don't spray, as well as weather, etc that can wash away what is sprayed, but it was a noticeable difference between our yard and walking next door. The initial spray had to be done twice but they were quick to respond to emails and set up a second date. We entertain quite a bit and it's nice to be able to sit out on the deck or in the back yard and not be either covered in bug spray or bites.

They were good. They came out the next day. I was very happy about that. They made it so easy. It didn't smell and he located where he thought the ants were coming in. He put down some product and sprayed the baseboards and it didn't take him long. It was non-poisonous product. No more ants! They came right on time. I have recommended them to family.

Pest issue continued and Conquest stood by their guarantee. They returned to address the issue without additional costs!

They seem to have rid us of rats (for now). The process involved setting out traps and poison inside and outside a crawl space over a period of several weeks. The price covered up to ten visits and I think we used all ten, with the last about a month after we thought we were done when a rat got caught in the outside trap. They did not seem eager to help clean up the area, though, and I had to look elsewhere for that.
