Description of Work: Mark @ Conquest is extremely professional, responsive and knowledgable. We had rats in our backyard from the alley (city living) and Orkin's treatment plan wasn't working. Hired Conquest in November, they came out every other day to trap/bait & monitor activity. Now that all activity is ceased, they are building perimeter fortification so the rats can no longer get into our yard. Better than any of the other exterminators we've used. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Price is kinda high, but when you consider they're fortifying our gate, fencelines, base of the house AND they've made at least 25-30 trips out here, $1200 is not that high.

 + -1 moreThey were mediocre at best. They are more about maintenance. They do no more than what I could do on my own, but want to charge money to have them repeatedly come back and look at traps and charge a lot to do it. Their price is average.

 + -1 moreThe treatment was good and would work well with tenants who followed all recommendations strictly. Unfortunately for me it is a building where tenants are not very meticulous. The ones who follow the program were successful.
Description of Work: They treated for bed bugs in an apartment building. It is a building I manage, not that I live in. The technician was very knowledgeable about the pests and treatments. He asked good questions to the tenants to try to pinpoint the problem. He also had good suggestions as to how to prevent the problem re-occurring.

 + -1 moreThe operators were excellent. They were prompt, friendly, thorough, careful with floors and rugs and did not have to drill into the walls. It took them three visits to get rid of them completely, but the ants haven't returned either. I did have to sign a contract for them to come out quarterly.

 + -1 moreThe first time they came out, they got rid of the carpenter ants. Then, I called later for red ants and the guy sent out was terrible and didn't do anything. When I complained to Code, they did apologize profusely.
