I contacted Conquest after mice set up a nest inside my car's engine and ruined it. I needed to find out how the mice were getting into the garage and eliminate the problem before I bought a new car. Conquest came out the day after I called. Alex came and set bait and traps in several areas they identified where the mice could get in. He came the following week to remove the bait and traps and seal up all of the points of entry. He spent a lot of time sealing up every possible entry point and explaining everything along the way. He even returned again the following week to check on an additional area that they found that was not in the garage and he sealed that area as well. I really appreciated the quick and thorough attention to my problem and would definitely recommend them!

I contacted multiple extermination companies, speaking with representatives at several. I spoke with the owner at Conquest, who was cordial and able to provide a quote for services promptly. He explained their approach to insect extermination and took the time to answer all my questions. They were able to schedule an appointment that fit my schedule. The exterminator was thorough, friendly, and spent the time necessary to do the job well. Communication before he arrived was good. I was given a window of time for the work, and he called me when it slipped back so at least I was aware. Conquest offered to return free of charge if we had any problems within in 60 days. We have not seen any more bugs since they sprayed.

They did all they promised to do. I'm pleased with the work.

Our technician, Alex, was extremely helpful and courteous. He obviously understood both the problem of identifying the source of rat intrusion, as well as managing the psychological side for those in the house. He was prompt, professional, thorough, and transparent. He offered suggestions for how to remediate the situation myself and also offered to do it himself. He made his thinking clear and helped us enormously. Even though no more rats have been found (yet--knock on wood!), I think the service has been exceptional. I would definitely use Conquest again.

I purchased the special deal for an exterior treatment to prevent ants. I was able to set up the appointment easily via e-mail. They came out promptly. This is the first year that I did not have a problem with ants getting into the house. Loved the results. Will definitely call again next year.

The technician, Alex, came out to my house and spent about 7 hours sealing up holes and putting out traps. He also vacuumed, cleaned and sanitized in incredible detail. He was phenomenal, thorough and knowledgeable. He kept me informed all along the way and was fun to be around. He was personable, friendly and paid attention to detail; he was great. I have already recommended him.

Was very careful regarding areas where children would be (although they said it was safe, they wanted to reassure me).

We have had a seasonal ant problem since we moved into our house and every year around June I want to pull my hair out. The deal made it possible for me to treat the outdoor area as opposed to just indoors and it made a big difference. We did not see a single ant inside until August and even then it was short lived. The service worked great. My only issue was the communication about when it would be done and what exactly was done was lacking, but I'm guessing that has more to do with the overwhelming response to the deal as oposed to the company itself.

It went excelllently. I would certainly use them again.

The man came ontime, he was courteous and professional. He used my outside water to mix his chemical. I had told him that I get centipedes as I have ivy on the house. He sprayed the outside perimeter of my house. Every thing fine. But I still get centipedes, it took about 2weeks to see the first one. I see 2 or 3 centipedes every week. If spraying made any difference at all I haven't noticed it. I killed a centipede last night. UPDATE So that was 2012. Last year, in 2013, I did not see one bug, of any kind. all year. That was amazing! I have lived here for 30 years and that has never happened before. Maybe they killed the eggs, I don't know. But I am going to get this sevi9ce from now on, every year.

They were good, they got the job done, there just was no follow up. I had a coupon from Angie's List so I thought the price was fair. They pretty much scheduled right away.

I had an infestation of bees on the exterior of my home. They were treated and removed and the exterior of the house was also treated to prevent future infestation. Same day service. The owner operator was helpful and easy to deal with. I would definitely use again.

The problem seems to have abated already; must wait a few more warm days to be sure of success, but will retreat if necessary at no additional charge.

My wife and I are pretty new to Angie's list.We have a 3 Bedroom 2 Bath House in Wilmette. For the first time in 11 years we "had" Carpenter Ants. At first we had no idea what kind of ants we had, simply that we had ants and they had to go.After looking over several companies on Angie's List we decided to go with an independent. I own a small business and enjoy being able to speak with the owner (Mark Winston).My wife called and they where able to send out a fellow the next day. He was very professional and put us at ease by explaining how he would go about getting rid of these pests. I found it to be very noninvasive, quick and clean.In addition to getting rid of the ants for good - the guy found the source of my problem. Actually, two sources - the first was a firewood pile that we had next to the house (we have since followed their advice and relocated it). The second was from a tree branch that was touching our house.He not only treated the interior but the exterior as well. Made sense to us as the said "if you spot them on the outside, they won't get in". I own 2 6 flats in the city that I rent out. Since having Conquest treat our home, I have hired them on for Quarterly service at those buildings.I feel very confident recommending them to my friends as well as to other Angie's List members. They did a pretty good job. The second time when they came out, it was free of charge. We haven’t had a problem since then. The total amount was $220 but they gave us a discount of $20. They were reliable. When we had to make an appointment, it took a while for them to get back to us. Other than that, the services they provided have been good. I’ve never used any other pest control before and this was the first one. They seemed very nice and very professional. They did the job well I think. I cannot really compare to anyone else. I thought the price was going to be more than what I thought it would be. It wasn’t so bad because the second time was free. They were a little expensive though. They were pretty punctual and pretty professional. I thought they should have pointed out more areas and covered more areas, so that they didn’t have to come out the second time. They just did the places that I asked them to. They do not know my place that well and that could be the reason why they didn’t try covering more areas. I guess it’s from experience that they will know where to spray. If they had to spray additional areas, then there would not have been a need to come out the second time. I would use their services again in the future.

Mark arrived on time, looked around, found the holes the squirrels were getting through and gave us an estimate. After we accepted, he returned with a workman and did as he had explained. He got rid of the squirrels and then waited a week to be sure they were gone before he permanently sealed the holes. Mark and his workman were pleasant to deal with and there was almost no mess (they had to cut holes in our ceiling to remove an exhaust fan and access the attic crawl space).

We are on the ground floor of a condo building and were having ants coming in to our unit. He came out, laid some bait, explained what to expect, and left. Everything worked out the way he said, the ants are gone. I didn't shop around on price, so I can't compare his price with others, but it seemed fair to me, and about what I expected. There's not much more to say. The service was superb. He came out the day I called and fixed the problem.

My wife and I had started noticing a few large black ants around the home. At first we figured it was just a a few but the numbers kept increasing. I had met Mark a couple of times at different houses (I am a contractor/inspector) and liked him. He had a good, non alarming personality and he really did thorough inspections. I called his office and spoke with his assistant. We set up a time for him to come have a look. Mark walked around the exterior and identified some areas that ants/termites etc. would like to nest. Basically old wood and one dead tree I have been planning on getting cut down. Then he looked at the inside of the house, saw at least two ants, identified them as carpenter ants and went out to his vehicle to get what he felt was the proper remedy. He put the poison in an area that he felt was close to where they might be nesting and then told me to call him in a week and let him know how it was going. For the first couple of days we saw about the same number of ants and then it was like a miracle. No ants. And I mean zero. I left the stuff where it was for a few more days and then cleaned it up. Since then (and it has been at least nine months) I have not seen any ants around the house. He did a terrific job.

I was pretty pleased with the work done by the people from Conquest Pest Solutions Company. They used a non-toxic solution. They also sprayed the siding in front of my house. They used some sort of fresh lime solution and it worked. I thought that it was great that they were willing to find something that worked with my needs. I thought that for the materials they used, their price was a little expensive. I was happy with them overall. I would use them again in the future.
