Description of Work: What a great experience!! Friendly, knowledgeable, very customer focused. He installed a gas line out to my gas grill on my patio. And, at no charge, fixed a burner on my stove that has been non-functional for 10 years!! Would recommend Eric to my friends and family, for sure!!

Description of Work: Eric Perrin came out to my house, the same day I contacted him. He was able to replace a bad gas valve and some gas pipe leading to my hot water heater. He was confident, had all the right tools and knew what he was doing. He was quick to get the job done and the price was right. I'd call him again to do work for me.

Description of Work: Called for someone to come out and give us an estimate on running a gas line from my house to my garage. The guy who answered gave a price and the and amount per foot. When asked if he would come out and look and the job, he said he gave us an estimate over the phone.

Description of Work: They were great. I called and he came out the same day to my place of work in Waukegan. Our gas grill wasn't working and he came out, checked it out, and fixed the problem. It worked great after that. He also checked out our gas stove but didn't have the parts to fix an industrial stove. I was very satisfied.

Description of Work: I called Eric a couple of days ago and made an appointment to come out and check out my water heater. We'd been having a weird, buning smell in our house for a while and, after ruling out a wiring problem, I started to think it might be something to do with the water heater. Eric arrived about 10 minutes early for our scheduled appointment and was pleasant and quick to get to work. He found the problem in about under 5 minutes--a dead bird stuck in my water heater exhaust. He cleaned it out and put it back together in no time. Then he went outside to see if I have a cap on my chimney so that other animals couldn't get into the chimney (and block the water heater exhaust). I don't have a cap. So he gave me a quote to install one but encouraged me to call chimney repair guys for a quote saying that they might be able to give me a better price since it's their regular line of work. I found Eric to be professional, fast and pleasant. Finding the source of the worrying buring smell we've been in experiencing was well worth the $85 charge! I'd definitely call him again.

Description of Work: Eric came out on a Saturday to look over gas logs we had inherited with a recent home purchase. He suggested that we could replace the logs with more appropriate ones that actually benefited from the fireplace chimney and flue and applied the cost of the service call to the cost of the logs. Within 3 days his brother came out to install the new logs which only took 20 minutes and we were all set.
