Had a fantastic experience! I bought a new dryer from Sears who delivered it, but would not install it due to old (now illegal) gas line feed. I put off the job afraid of having to deal with 3 different services to get the job done. Eric did it all quickly and with great courtesy. P.S. Eric came out the day I called.

Eric is a great communicator. He swung by after hours to check our issue. He came in and checked our stove. He was very thorough in his assessment. He did a great job explaining the cause of the smell. He didn't talk down to us at all. He's a very polite and prompt.

Eric was extremely friendly on the phone and in person. His work is top notch - you can't even tell that the line wasn't there before. I would hire Eric again for any sort of gas line work.

Picked this company based on the many positive reviews in Angie's List and comments on great price and great work. I DID NOT WANT A GAS LEAK! Worked with Eric. He responded to my phone calls in a timely manner. Initial quoted price was much more than I was expecting but we managed to get to price that we could both live with. Work was performed as promised and to my satisfaction. Eric is easy going and easy to work with. Would use this company again and would recommend to friends.

Eric did a fantastic job. A very polite quite young man who works quick and efficiently. I am probably one of the most critical folks around and Eric was great. He arrived, assessed the job, gave a fair quote and completed the job quickly. He has re-instilled my faith that there are good fair honest skilled folks out there and I was lucky enough to find Eric Perrin.

Do not waste your time calling other people that advertise that they can repair gas leaks by spraying a solution on the gas lines and waiting for "bubbles". If you need to be present for this work, the process will drive you crazy. Eric called me the evening prior to him showing up and stated that he will probably not be able to visit my apartments until 7:30-8:00 pm the following evening. I did not mind waiting the 24 hours because I suspected that the leak I had (if I had any at all) was minimal. Eric called me on the agreed day at 7:00 stating that he will meet me in about 30 minutes. Eric showed up with a gas meter/detector and carefully tested the gas stoves/ water heaters and dryers in all 3 apartments (work took about 45 minutes) and concluded that there was no leak present. He charged me agreed upon $75.00 and left at approximated 8:30pm. Eric was pleasant to deal with, professional, very personable and honest.

He came out on time and was very courteous. My problem was relatively minor so he said he had to charge me the minimum charge. He also explained all of the check he was doing so it made sense. As a homeowner with an 85 year old house, that really helps.

Eric came out on time and on short notice, very much appreciated. He immediately identified the leak and fixed it (took about 2 hours). Very happy with his service.

Eric was prompt, pleasant and persistent in addressing the installation challenges due to the site for the grill. It took longer than either of us had anticipated, but he stuck to the price quote he'd offered over the phone.

Often times after I have work done I often feel a sense of remorse, knowing that I could have done the same job better. This was not the case with Eric Perrin. He did very neat through work. The holes he drilled trough my brick house and the siding on my garage were very clean. His pipe fitting was meticulous and quick, and above all he was very personable and punctual. I would definitely recommend him to a friend. I also know that his price was very reasonable.

They were very fast and responsive. They arranged to do the job within 24 hours of the first call. They arrived early and completed the entire job within two hours. The cost was very reasonable, and the job done was professional.

Perrin Gas did a great job. Eric Perrin is very friendly & knowledgeable. I called him at 3 in the afternoon & he was installing our gas line by 5 pm the same day. His price was considerably lower than other contractors I contacted. Highly recommended.

Eric made plans to meet me at the last minute on short notice. He was a little late but was willing to meet me after work on Monday night. He showed up and gave me an estimate on the spot. I accepted and he finished all of the work based on the estimate even though it took about 1/2 hour more than expected. This all happened late on Monday night. He was responsible and was able to stay until the job was done even though it was late. The price was reasonable and he lowered the price after some hardware could be repaired and not replaced.

HE SEEMED HELPFUL, BUT I NEEDED SOMEONE BEFORE THAT.

Eric was extremely professional and prompt. I called him Friday and he was out Saturday to repair the leak. I would definitely hire him again.

ERIC WAS VERY COMPETENT, INFORMATIVE, AND PROFESSIONAL. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS VERY FAIR ESPECIALLY GIVEN THAT HE CAME OUT ON SHORT NOTICE AND CAME BACK TO FINISH THE WORK ON SUNDAY. A WEEK LATER HE FOLLOWED UP WITH ME TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OK WITH THE GAS COMPANY. IN ADDITION HE GAVE ME A RECOMMENDATION ABOUT CONSOLIDATING MY GAS METERS, WHICH IN MY CASE MADE SENSE AND WILL SAVE ME MONEY.

GAS SHUT OFF BY GAS COMPANY DUE TO LEAK. ERIC INSPECTED PIPING AND FOUND LEAK QUICKLY. GREAT EXPERIENCE AS ALWAYS. HE FOLLOWED UP DAYS LATER TO MAKE SURE GAS COMPANY RECONNECTED PIPING.

ERIC IS EXTREME COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. HE ARRIVED WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD ARRIVE AND HE FIXED THE PROBLEM. HE IS EXTREMELY EASY TO WORK WITH.
