Description of Work: I had an in depth conversation with someone who answered the phone to arrange an initial inspection,assessment and estimate regarding our complex flood issues. She said she had made notes on our issues. She continued to provide me with a mid-day appointment that Saturday. She also assured me that one of their most senior experts would be sent to our home due to the complexity of the issues. We live between the lake and the skokie lagoons, and we've faced several years of battling flood prevention and/or control. We contacted Park because they're recommended by our Village (Glencoe), who's used them for village wide issues of flooding. They NEVER showed up for the appointment. It was a dry, sunny day. We were hoping to be proactive in getting a complete overhaul flood prevention plan installed PRIOR to Spring or Summer storm season. We called as soon as the snow was gone. I called within an hour of them not showing to inquire about the 'no show'. I had to leave a detailed message, but I was very polite and said we understood if they were delayed, but that we really hoped they would be coming as planned. They NEVER came, called, responded in anyway or apologized for a COMPLETE NO SHOW. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I had read a previous review which complained of a similar no show issue, but I was hoping that was an exception or misunderstanding.....NOPE, it's apparently the norm for this joke of a company!! Please don't waste your time or consideration with such an unprofessional company! Companies who are so appallingly negligent need real world 'wake up' calls and 'no business' consequences.

Description of Work: We used to run our condo on the north lakefront in Chicago and Parks did a large scale reworking of the plumbing with back-flow preventers, pumps, the whole nine yards. they did great work, are communicative, and responsive and stand behind their work. After we moved to our own house, they ran new supply lines for our 1908 house and reworked a lot of old plumbing for us. Again, fab. work and helpful in all ways. They are not the cheapest, but the cheapest isn't good work.. Well worth it. They also do our rodding etc. etc, whenever we have a problem we call and they are on the job.

Description of Work: I called three plumbers off the Angie's List. this company bid $3500 when the other two bid 2000 and 2100 respectively. If you call them, make sure that you call someone else for a comparison. I might have gone along, but the city told me about what to expect. This fellow must have thought that I was born yeserday. ($2100)

Description of Work: SEALED A LONG CRACK IN THE BASEMENT WALL BY INTERIOR EPOXY INJECTION

Description of Work: PUMP WAS REPAIRED.
