Mr. Floor Companies

We hired them to replace our wooden floors with vinyl after we experienced water damage from a rainstorm last year. They gave daily updates, showed up on time (or called letting us know they'd be late), and quickly returned calls and emails. We are very happy with the end result and highly recommend them.

The 3 man crew totally removed the old kitchen floor as well as the dining room floor. They did an excellent job in keeping the dust down. Joe showed us the difference of wetting the floor then stain and stain to a dry floor. We opted for a wet floor as the stain was much better. There was 3 coats of polyurethane applied which really made the stained floor look fantastic. The crew and Joe did a fantastic job. Would use them again

This is my second time hiring Mr. Floor. Everyone connected to this project from sales (Aron) to project manager Joe Sosic and installers headed up by Ricardo contributed to my Five Star review. I highly recommend Mr. Floor! It was a great experience from the estimate all the way through completion. Their crew is very professional, easy to work with, and did a great job. They were always on time and the job was completed earlier than expected. The manager of our project sent me daily updates, along with photos of the progress, which was much appreciated. I would definitely hire them again!

Very professional company. The sales guy met with me to assess my needs, pointed out some damaged areas I hadn't even noticed, made recommendations. They obviously had experience with my type of building and the rules and regulations involved, and made sure all the necessary paperwork was in place. They gave me a starting and ending date and finished within those parameters. A team manager emailed me pictures daily so I could see the progress. I was consulted and advised on the stain color (which was perfectly matched to the other rooms), and all my questions were answered and I was given good information on floor care. Everyone was nice, professional, and considerate, and I'm quite happy with how well the floors turned out!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR FLOORS REDONE! If I could give a 0 rating I would. The initial contact with the company for a quote went smooth. They came out to do the work and the 1st 2 days our floors looked amazing, the plastic covering the cabinets fell onto the floor the night of the 2nd day. They had to re-sand the entire floor and due to the re-sanding, and doing it too quick, made our entire floors ripple from the front door to our patio door. My husband was so furious with their work that he wouldn't allow them back in the house to fix the floors. We are now having to pay another company to come in to fix them and pay again. And the worst part was they didn't even offer to credit us anything back due to their work. We should have avoided this company when they told us they don't take credit cards, who doesn't take credit cards in this day and age?????? They said they didn’t get payment on a previous job and obviously many others were not happy with their work!

We hired Mr. Floor to refinish and stain some of the engineered hardwood flooring in our 1200-square-foot condominium, and to replace some old laminate flooring with matching wood. They were superb. The sales manager to whom I spoke, Igor Murokh, was knowledgeable. And the head of the team that worked in my place, Joe Sosic, was the most communicative contractor with whom I've ever worked. He gave me updates at the end of each day, complete with photographs. We've now lived in our condominium for more than three months, and it seems clear that the result was very good. Mr. Floor was expensive, but it's hard to say that they weren't worth it.

Mr. Floor removed the old floors and replaced with new wood floors in our Chicago high rise condo. All around fantastic job. Great communication as the foreman updated me each day on the progress and sent daily photos too. Would definitely hire again! Thank you Mr. Floor!

I am not one who usually gives 5 stars out lightly. I heard about Mr. Floor Companies through a relative of mine because I wanted to Stain my floors from red oak to a grey color. I reached out to Aron Rissman who is the president of the NARI of greater chicagoland area. Aron got back to me in a very timely manner to schedule a time to come out to look at my floors, measure, answered all my questions. The day he had arrived it was absolute pleasure to have someone who is professional, showed up on time, has a sense of humor, and who takes away the worries and stress of doing such a project. After meeting Aron he had written a proposal which was very professional and a fair and reasonable price. I was impressed with how there is a project manager who was very professional, nice, respectful, and trustworthy. I loved how each day i would receive pictures, update on what they had done and what the next steps were going to be. I never had to worry or stress that something would happen. Dino Ramic and his crew were absolutely great and transformed my entire condo into a beautiful home. I would highly recommend using them. They completed the project in a week thats w a sunday and the amount of detail absolutely blew my mind.

Dino and team did a great job. The communication was second to none. While we ran into lots of unknown issues (not their fault), they went above and beyond to keep things moving.

John Yun designed and supervised our kitchen installation in 2015. I recently had a problem with the kitchen sink's faucet cartridge being loose. John was excellent about coming out himself to assess the problem, and then getting the manufacturer and distributor to provide a warranty replacement for the faucet. He is great to work with.

This is the second time I've worked with Mr. Floor and once again it has been an excellent experience from beginning to end. Mr. Floor's employees were knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. At the beginning, Igor spent time at the condo showing me various flooring choices and wood colors, giving me helpful advice and letting me see how various samples looked in both natural and artificial light. When the flooring installation began, project manager Dino kept in constant contact with me, sending me pictures of the work in progress and keeping me up to date on everything. On my visits to the condo, the workmen were very courteous and helpful. At the finish of the work, Dino met me to inspect the job and make sure all was to my satisfaction. I am delighted with how the floors look. They have completely changed the appearance of the condo (which before had wall to wall pale beige carpet) and I thank Mr. Floor for this transformation!

Very well. This is a classy company. Our sales person, Aron was very knowledgeable and gave us much better information about the products available and services required then anyone else we saw. He also arrived right on time for our appointment in our condo and wound up recommending that rather than remove the parquet floor in our hall as we had planned, it would be less disruptive and work fine for us to retain it as it would blend well with the new floor we planned to install. This cost his company money and was a boon to us. Our project manager, Sarah kept us completely informed in person and via email of what was going to happen, skillfully directed the work and advised us on care of our new floors. The crew were energetic, completely industrious and good humored. The work was done in a day and a half rather than 2 to 3 days as we expected. The floors look great and we had a delightful experience.

The crew was excellent. After taking out our old floors, they pointed out some gaps by the wall, which gave us the opportunity to add insulation before the new floors went in. Also, they watered our Christmas tree when we were out of town!

Couldn't be happier with the work done by Mr. Floor Co. They were not the least expensive quote, but we felt they were the most experienced and best suited to get both the repair and refinishing jobs done. Igor was very responsive to sales inquires and requests, and our project manager Joe was fantastic. He was on site twice daily - once to check in and once to check out, and at the end of each day he'd provide an update of work done and when to expect the crew the following day. Professionalism at its best. The floors came out just beautifully and we just can't say enough about the whole experience. Highly recommended.

Work went well and timely. Mr. Floor was very amenable to our timetable. The estimated a 3-4 day project and completed the project in 4 days - due to weather concerns. The work crew showed up on time each day and cleaned up, each day before they left. The project manager visited out home each day with a review and expected work to be done for the successive days. he also took pictures and confirmed the work completed and yet to be done for each day.

The project manager checked the the floor after the removed the damaged floor was removed.....he found that the subfloor was wet. We needed to dry the subfloor.....so the crew had to come back about a week later to lay the new floor. The crew did a great job!!!!!!!

We are extremely happy! From the sales process to the project manager and actual workers. Everyone was great, ahead of schedule and clean! The floors look incredible!

Everything went quite well with both teams of installers. Matt, the salesperson with whom we had dealt 8 years previously for the dining room floor, was very knowledgeable and explained some of the possible issues that might occur. Both teams were efficient, friendly, and swift. They were neat and cleaned up everything. We did not find any sawdust or stray pieces of wood chips. The only issue was that I had believed that wooden vents would be installed as had been done in our kitchen and living room. Joe (the super supervisor) went to them and everything is fine, now. There was an additional cost for those, of course. Be sure to request those when Matt comes.

Very professionally done, you could not tell where the carpet was separate it was seamless. They arrived on time and were done by the end of the day. They followed up with us the next day to see if we were satisfied.
