+ -1 moreI have them once a month. I have been using them for about a year. The idea is that I want somebody here to do what I myself don't do, but I don't want them in my face, so to speak. I like the way they do it. They treat me fine. They can do better with the cleaners they use. They bring all of their own stuff, including vacuums, cleaners, rags and everything. I don't particularly care for their cleaner; I think it leaves a bit of a residue. Typically I ask them to use Lysol instead. That is the only reason. They like to use green cleaners, which is fine with me, but there is just this one cleaner, I don't know what it is. I think it is something they have put together themselves and I don't think that much of it. They don't mind using the cleaner I recommend.

Description of Work: I used this Molly Maid franchise location for nearly 10 years for all of my cleaning needs, including weekly and bi-weekly cleaning. This franchise USE to provide stellar cleaning services, which is why I continued to use the service for such a long time. In fact, I was so pleased with their services at one point that I recommended this franchise to relatives and friends. | |Unfortunately, the cleaning services started to get progressively worse over time, and bottomed out for me in 2014. Due to constant personnel changes, the cleaning team members changed often. I also encountered problems with the cleaning team habitually arriving late for my appointment times; not to mention language barriers and attitude issues when I would complain about the lateness and substandard cleaning. When the cleaning team would arrive late, which had begun to be most of the time, they would do a rush job with cleaning my home. In some instances my bathroom floors,tubs and shower areas wouldn't be cleaned at all. Additionally, the cleaning team would be selective in what furniture pieces would get dusted even though there was no obstruction to prevent them from dusting. | |It's a shame that this franchise location which once provided stellar cleaning services has declined so badly. |
