Description of Work: Marty fixed a leak in my refrigerator and adjusted ice maker. Cleaned the back and under the refrigerator. He did a great job! Everything is working well.

Description of Work: We called to have an ice maker repaired. The company said that they would arrive around 5:00 on a Friday. The company kept calling and pushing back the meeting. We finally canceled b/c we could not wait around all night. The company said it would call to reschedule, but never did. We went with someone else.

Description of Work: Our 10 year old refrigerator's compressor was on the fritz. We call Marty's, and they were out the same morning. The service man replaced a part to ''jump start'' the compressor. We paid him $259.00. He told us if it was not cooling within 24 hours to call back. Of course, the freezer was not cooling. I was not happy. I called Marty's and spoke to the owner's wife over the phone, and she told me the compressor could be shot and that it is not worth fixing. Nevertheless, she sent the same repairman out, and our compressor was in fact unrepairable. In fact, it broke the new part he replaced. The best part of the story was, he gave us our ORIGINAL check back, told us to tear it up, and pay him a service charge of $89.00. Considering our refrigerator ruined his ''part'', it was well worth the service charge. I will definitely use this company in the future and highly recommend them!

Description of Work: I CALLED THEM ABOUT A PROBLEM WITH MY OVEN, AND THEY PROMPTLY RETURNED THE CALL, WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND RESPONSIVE. WE ENDED UP NOT NEEDING A REPAIR.
