+ -1 moreTerrible!!! Not reliable , also owner of company was inappropriate by yelling at client during a phone call, really, that's not how you handle clients!!!

+ -1 moreWe changed to another service because of quality and communication issues. However, I am having a big problem them for the past 2 Saturdays (11/01/15 and 11/08/15) when they park their rig in front of our home before 08:45 AM and then fire up their mowers and blowers - without mufflers - to work in our neighbor's yard! Williams or Chalet are better choices.
Description of Work: Weekly yard service.

+ -1 morei approached this provided in Elmwood Park to ask for an appointment and the person in charge was extremely rude to me. He said he didn't have time to be going to my house, was very busy. He also said he as in a very bad mood because his mother died....blah blah blah. He said if I wanted an appointment to call the number on the truck. He was very curt. No customer service skilles or common courtesy at all. I wouldn't let this person near my house with a 10 foot pole!!
