Ok, I guess I expected more. He applies a polish wiped it with a white soft cloth. He did replace the clear caulking at the seams of the granite.

All work was done to my satisfaction. He arrived on time and did his work very professionally. My granite and marble countertops looked like new at the completion of his work.

Overall , I was happy with the service provided.

It went very well overall. I bought a groupon for so many square feet of service. I wanted the table done so he did it thoroughly and also looked over my granite countertops and recommended how to clean properly. Excellent service, highly recommended.

Simple, clean and easy. I work at home and went about my business while the service was performed quietly and efficiently.

This is the second time I've used Rick to help maintain marble in our house. He's very good., knowledgeable, friendly, fast & efficient. What's not to like!

It went very well. He cleaned and sealed all the grout in our kitchen, and in our bathroom. He also cleaned and sealed the granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom. One extra service he performed for us that we are very grateful for, is that he patched a broken floor tile so we no longer need to replace it, which would have been a very involved process.

I purchased a professional cleaning, sealing and polishing of my kitchen granite countertops, and I expected something more than I could do myself. Instead Rick reviewed my countertops, had an explanation for why every stain and dark area would probably not come out, sprayed the counters with three different OTC products, wiped them off, and basically left them in the same condition as when he arrived. He did leave poultices on in three different places and said to take it off myself but that it probably wouldn't do anything. (I've done the poultice myself and he's right, it doesn't.) I could easily do what he did and at a fraction of the cost. What a waste!

Rick was prompt, professional, educational and did excellent work. I will use him again and wholeheartedly recommend him for care of any stone surfaces.

Came and looked all over the house. Provided a quote immediately and set date and time. Arrived on time, stayed within quoted price, explained what he had done and how I should treat in the future. Did a fabulous job.

Rick arrived on time and explained what he will be doing. Brought in a case with all chemicals and tools required for the job. He proceeded to do the work. Resealing the sink joint and wall corners. Did a great job and cleaned up. I asked if he does slate floors. He explained the plus and minuses to remove and recoat the floor. He only works with natural stone and cermic tiles, such as cleaning grout and replacing the missing grout.

Prompt response to my inquiry; prompt home visit and estimate from the owner; promptly scheduled work to be done within one week; performed work (marble and granite cleaning and sealing) as scheduled in one day; marble and granite countertops looked like new after work was completed! Professional, friendly, knowledgeable owner. Would recommend highly and would definitely use again.

The overall experience was excellent. He was prompt in following up with the request for an estimate and performed the work as expected. I had a dull spot on my counter which he attempted to buff out. He set realistic expectations about the probability of success. There was an improvement which was in line with expectations.

I have approximately 240 sq. ft. of slate floor that I wanted stripped, cleaned and sealed. Not a big job - 2 days max. Spoke to Rick (owner) on the phone, and although he seemed hesitant about doing the job, we set up an appointment for him to stop by and give me an estimate. Upon arriving, he took less than 30 seconds to look over the floor and proceeded to tell me that it would be a messy job with all the chemicals that needed to be used. I have had it done before, and it was never an issue. He asked about my other estimates, which I did NOT share, and after throwing a $1000+ figure at me pretty much told me he didn?t want the job. His business card states ?Complete Care & Maintenance of All Natural Stone Surfaces?. He did however ask me if I had any other stone in the house. Are you kidding me???

The owner does all the service, he's easy to communicate with over the phone, he does a great job. When he comes in, he protects his feet with booties, and he just does a thorough job.

Rick came over and gave me an estimate that was lower than a couple of other estimates i had received. Rick seemed knowledgable, quite capable and friendly. His responsiveness to my communications were quick and professional. I hired him to do the job. It took about three hours one day to renew the floors ... he also cleaned the grout between the marble tiles. The floors look great! Rick also told us how to maintain the floors over time. He was punctual and it seems to be a quality job. Trustworthy.

We weren't at home when they did the work but we were happy with the results. They were able to solve the problem. They did it quickly and were within the budget. They worked very hard and gave useful information about the care for our marble.

I think he is very reliable, and I was happy with his work. Also, like that he went above and beyond. I really appreciated all of his effort.

Rick Arons has been keeping our marble, granite and slate looking good for over 5 years now. He is always very professional, flexible in scheduling appointments, and always does a great job repairing and sealing my marble and granite. This is my first time having him come in after renting out my unit and even though the renters were a bit rough on the marble, he had it looking good again and on top of that, he balanced cost with results. For example the marble floor had a lot of etchings and he could have recommended a full heavy duty polishing which would cost a few hundred dollars, but instead was able to do a basic polish and reseal, making it look much better at a fraction of the cost. I've recommended Rick to several friends and will continue to do so after this last round of service.

I have used Rick Arons for the past 3 years, both personally and professionally. I have referred 2 of my clients to Rick that use him annually. He is very responsive in terms of returning calls. He also is very flexible regarding the schedule. The finishes look beautiful and his cleaning product is great.

FIRST RATE. MR. ARONS IS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL, AND DOES VERY GOOD WORK.

RICK WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL, AND ON TIME. HE INITIALLY CAME AND LOOKED AT THE JOB AND GAVE ME A QUOTE. HE RETURNED A WEEK LATER AND SPENT 4 HOURS IN MY HOME. MY KITCHEN ISLAND COUNTER DID NOT ABSORB THE COLOR ENHANCER IN SEVERAL SPOTS AND HE RETURNED TO FIX THEM WHEN I ASKED. THE ONLY NEGATIVE I CAN SAY IS HE LEFT THE BATHROOM A BIT MESSY AFTER SANDING AND RE-FINISHING THE MARBLE FLOORS.
