I have just moved into a relatively new condo and one of the bathroom vanity tops was full of stains. I had no idea what the stone was or whether it could be remedied and thought perhaps I would have to replace the top --- which was definitely NOT something I wanted to do at the time. So I checked out Angie's List and found MARBLE & GRANITE CARE PROFESSIONALS INC. I read the reviews and immediately got in touch with Rick. I sent him a couple of photos and he responded right away .... basically telling me that he could fix the problem - calming my nerves. He worked on the top and did a great job -- it looks new. He's very knowledgeable about all kinds of stone and told me what I need to do to take care of the stone not only in the bathrooms but in kitchen as well. I will definitely call him back in the future if necessary. Thank goodness for Angie's List.

Had cleaned my marble wIth glass cleaner which had dulled the service. Spots needed removal caused by a party guest that got ill and missed the toilet. Also urine splashes that also removed the finish. Rick cleaned and the polished it to make it look better than the day it was installed! Gorgeous! Rick was kind, informative, and professional. Highly recommend!

I contacted Rick Arons to request a service visit to remove substantial calcium deposit buildup on my granite counter surrounding my kitchen sink. I'd previously tried numerous times to remove such deposits myself without any success. Rick timely corresponded with me and was more than happy to direct me through a technique using a razor and a granite cleaning solution (Simple Green Stone Cleaner), which worked and completely removed the buildup. Free of charge in lieu of a service call for which I was willing to pay. Thank you Rick for your time and willingness to provide me advice over the phone - unheard of these days!

Rick was amazing. We have been in our house for two years, and I should have had him come sooner had I known how wonderful my countertops could look. Stains and watermarks were removed. He was here for most of the day because he does everything by hand. The countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms look like they were just installed. I can't believe that coffee stains even came out. Ask Rick about the counter top cleaner you should be using! We will certainly use him next year, as I look forward to having my counter tops maintained on an annual basis. Thank you.

Excellent. I have had Rick out two years in a row and will continue to do so. He does excellent work , is prompt, is respectful of your home and gives a fair price. I would recommend Rick highly to anyone who needs this type of service.

Scheduling the job was easy. I had an Angie's list deal and I think we got a great value for our money. Rick was prompt, very professional, gave us a ton of useful information on how to maintain our countertops and respected our home while doing the work - wore booties and kept the work area clean. Will use him again.

He was very quick and thorough. He was very clear about how long the counters needed to dry before they could be used again.

Technician showed up on time. The price was a little higher than i expected but everything went well.

Rick was thorough and honest regarding the marble and granite counters - he was kind enough to provide us with his honest opinion as to what he felt needed to be done and in the end we didn't overspend.

Rick renewed our countertops to like-new condition. They haven't looked this good in years. We would unhesitatingly recommend his service to you.

Rick arrived on time and began to work immediately. When he came for the estimate, he was pretty certain that he could remove the stains. He was able to remove all of the stains including a particularly bad one. After the stains were removed he applied a sealer to the countertops. The work was performed in about an hour and a half, and he cleaned up when the work was complete. We will definitely have him do the yearly seal for these countertops.

Rick is extremely professional. From the first phone call to the finished product I felt I was in good hands. Showed up on time and got right down to business. When he finished my floors looked brand new.

Had an appointment with provider for 9am on 5/9/14, provider did not arrive. I called provider, he said he had left me 2 messages on my answering machine, I never received any messages or missed calls.

He told me my granite was in excellent condition. It looks very much like it did before the work was done but at least I know it had a good cleaning. There are two small chips. I realize I will have to contact someone else to smooth those out.

The owner, Rick Arons, did an excellent job. He was very pleasant, arrived on time, and got to work right away. When he left, everything was clean and I was pleased overall.

Marble and Granite Care Professionals cleaned and sealed our granite and marble countertops several months ago, and did an excellent job (see prior review). We recently had a cleaning crew come in (selected from Angie's List); but something they used left etched rings and a spill mark on our bathroom marble counter. The cleaning company denied responsibility; so I called Marble and Granite Care Professionals. The owner again responded very promptly, came to our house within days, and cleaned and repaired the etched area of the marble countertop so it looks like new. The owner, who did our work, is so friendly, professional, and prompt. I would highly recommend Marble and Granite Care Professionals without reservation and will certainly use them again.

Rick is very knowledgeable about stone, and his expertise enabled him to do my job quickly, effectively and even for less than his original budget. First rate in all respects. I would recommend him without reservation.

The work turned out well. The man was knowledgeable polite, courteous, and professional.

Rick did a good job. The counters are 7 or 8 years old they get used allot. I won't say they look brand new but they do look much better than they have for years. Rick did all the work himself, made no mess, no harsh fumes and gave me detailed instructions on taking care of them myself. Next time the counters look ruff I'l call Rick!
