FCH MARBLE RESTORATION LTD

First time I called and left a message, I got no call back. The second time, I got a call back a week later. We set up a time for them to come to give me an estimate. They didn't show, didn't call, nothing. Don't waste your time with these people.

Janet came for estimate on time, however she never bothered to send me the quote. Not a way to do business

The price is a little bit high but everything else was great. They showed up on time. They cleaned up. They did the job. They did exactly what they said they were going to do.

The work was excellent. They contacted me within an hour of an email I sent. They were out in two hours after that and done with the work.

The work was done in expert fashion. From order to completion the professionalism and on-time. The cracks are not noticeable and that was difficult match. Would use FCH again!

Everything looks great, they came on time. It was excellent overall.

The worker was professional and fixed the crack in about 90 minutes. The work looked great and I almost could not tell there was a crack anymore. However it lasted only about 3 months and the sealing job began to crack again. Now I have the crack again and need to repair it again.

The provided a prompt estimate. Showed up on time, finished on time. They did a great job. The room was also very clean when they were done. They also evaluated the marble and granite in the baths and entry. The were very honest about which rooms did not need any work. We plan to have them back to do the marble in the master bath and entry way.

Terrazzo floors- Beautiful job, done carefully with real expertise. Outstanding results. Terrazzo stairs- Historic stairs, restored very carefully. Great attention to detail, outstanding results. FCH worked very hard to make every detail right, including matching colors for repairs. Kitchen counter tops- done well, no issues.

I called FCH and left a message inquiring about an estimate. I received an immediate call back from Janet, who scheduled time to come to my house (almost immediately) to provide a free estimate. Janet was delightful, and very efficient in providing a quote, which I found to be reasonable. I'd been planning to get several quotes, but had such a good feeling, decided to go with FCH after the initial home visit. We scheduled time for the crew to arrive. They spent two days working on the project, and the end results are just spectacular. My floors haven't looked this good since they were new, and my countertops are beautiful. The three men who came to my house were very careful (taping plastic over cabinetry and along carpets), and very respectful of my home. They worked non-stop for two days, repeating the process several times in areas where necessary. They were genuinely nice people, and a pleasure to have working in my home. I will definitely use FCH again - I have never been as happy with a stone cleaning company as I have been with them.

Excellent job with marble crack in the tread and cleaning the marble. They sanded the slabs and sealed them and they look great. The work they did with the mosaic tile was very disappointing. I called them back and they offered to come out again, but basically they said it's old and that's the best they can do. They did rebate 10% of the project fee to keep us happy. So . . . great for marble, skip any tile cleaning.

Janet was the main contact and she was very nice and accessible. The work was very professional. What they did with the marble floor in the bathroom was excellent. The shower was good, but they were somewhat limited in what they could do.

They were right on time, very professional, and went right to work. They cleaned up very well afterward and did a remarkable job. The results were great!
