Poor. Eric Drummer restrung the blind with the broken cord. After he was done, it did not raise and lower properly and was crooked. He said a spring was broken and he would have to order it and return, for an additional $100. I agreed to do this. (Note: I called another company to finish the job. They said that the blind was strung incorrectly and that it had to be redone. There was an additional repair needed. I paid them $75.) After thinking about it, I phoned Eric Drummer to ask him to explain why it cost so much additional money. I also asked him about the blind being crooked. He said there was nothing to be done about that, and that they were fine. He said the springs he was ordering (4) cost about $5 each. I also asked about some plastic pieces that go on the cords. I have since learned they are called equalizers. They keep the blind even. I asked him about the ones he left on my blind cords because they were upside down, compared to every other one in the house. He said, "They only work one way." I replied that I knew that and that I had taken them off and installed it correctly myself. He repeated his statement, "They only work one way." He did not take the time to explain the work needed or to ask me to explain what I was saying. (Basically he did a very simple thing wrong.) I stewed for another day or two and called again. I left a message saying that unless he could explain why it was going to cost me an additional $100 on top of the $165 I had already paid, I did not want to keep the return appointment we had made. He did not return the call. I left a second message stating the same thing and again I did not get a call back, but he must have gotten the message because he did not show up. It is a shame that this young man is ruining the reputation of hs father's business.
Description of Work: A cord broke on my bedroom window blinds. Three others needed adjustment. I selected this provider because he was local said he could do the work in my home, rather than take it away.
