Very well. The crew was incredibly professional and nice. After they cleaned all vents I smelled a funny smell and was nervous, so the company sent out a second crew the next day to be sure that there was nothing wrong with the furnace. I really appreciated both the professional initial work and the willingness to follow up on a concern so promptly!

Eran and his team did an excellent job. They are a very well-organized, professional group. They were responsive and mistake-free with respect to scheduling (I had to reschedule once), and punctual. They did a good job of explaining their services and what was going on with our HVAC duct system, and very thorough in completing the job. They were respectful in minimizing mess and being mindful of their equipment, and took care cleaning up, all of which was appreciated. I will definitely recommend them to others.

The technicians arrived on time (called first too that they were on their way!) and reviewed the situation before setting up. They worked efficiently and quickly and showed me the before/after situation. Overall I'm very pleased with thus service and would use them again. I asked them if they do fireplaces and when they said yes, they were able to clean ours as part of the service call since they were already there. This was worth the slightly higher price they quoted since it got a major "to do" item off of my checklist.

Did a really good job cleaning. The furnace looks shiny and new. We definitely waited to long to clean, but they did a good job cleaning away the grime. They work pretty quickly for all they get done during the visit.

Erin arrived early (which I of course loved). He was professional and explained the process of what would take place during the service. Overall, the job took approximately 2.5 hours. Erin wore shoe coverings throughout the house as he completed the service. He did his best to ensure that the house was left in the same condition as he originally discovered it prior to completing the service.

They are very busy people! It was tough to make contact and set something up, and once we did, it was pretty late when they got here, but they did a fabulous job. Very quick, knowledgeable and thorough. Very hard workers and would definitely hire again.

Quoted price: $198 through Angies List. Called to alert us to arrival; arrived as scheduled. Informed price did not include furnace cleaning, however after they inspected they told us it was not necessary. Told us 2 hours to complete job; completed right on time. Made a few possible additional choice--no pressure. I looked it up and found it probably not worthwhile. Took them up on antiseptic for furnace to kill any bacteria there or small additional charge.

Since the beginin they were very helpful and set me up with an appointment right away. The say of the service they came into the house and opened all the vents. They showed me inside the ducts (it was really dirty and have some mold building up inside). They got all the ducs cleaned and they also treated it to kill mold and bacteria. They were really friendly and their service was excellent i will definitely recommend them.

Great experience. A two-person crew arrived on time. They cleaned all the duct work with vacuums and brushes and also checked the furnace and the dryer duct. Sanitation spray was an extra charge. I am breathing better since this was done.

It went very well! The men that showed up were very pleasant, professional and informed.
