This is my first time getting this service done. The company was very responsive (I called a few that didn't respond at all). The two guys that came out to do the work were very professional, punctaual, and fast. Seemed honest. It was $249 for cleaning unlimited vents (return and supply) plus the dryer vent. They charged an additional $100 to clean the furnace and blower. The additional $100 seemed steap considering it was 5-10 min job. Nevertheless once you have the ducts cleaned it seams foolish to have leave the furnace dusty. Full disclosure, I received a $15 discount for reviewing them on Angie's List. Overall it has been a good experience.

Everything went well. They did try to "sell" me the furnace cleaning during the duct cleaning, but for good reason. The furnace was filthy and hadn't been cleaned in years. Their price for the upsell was also competitive. Workers were polite to my entire family while in my home and efficient in their work. Definitely recommend them.
