Chicagoland Air Duct

It went very well. It was easy to schedule online and great that they were able to come out on a Sunday. They were very thorough and knowledgeable and we would definitely hire again.

The technicians came on time and were very efficient. They did the services requested and so far I am happy with the outcome.

Starting from scheduling service, the lady on phone was friendly and helpful in explaining service content and dispatching process. One day prior to service I got text message reminder, and 30minutes prior to the folks arrival I got another text message. Ben and his team mate arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. Ben walked through the house and took a quick overview before giving me an estimated time to finish the job. It has been a very pleasant experience.

While the guys who showed up were very nice, the way they did their work was astonishingly horrible! First, they used a brush to clean out the vents, and not a vacuum, making me wonder if they're just packing in some of the lint and not getting it all out. Second, when they cleaned out from both my roof and from inside my laundry room, they did not use a bag to collect the dust and lint that flew out. They just let the stuff fly all over the place. Appalling. Last, instead of taking the time to unhook the dryer vent hose from the dryer, they--get this--they drilled a hole in the actual ductwork, stuck their brush in there, and pushed the brush inside the ductwork toward the dryer, again making me wonder if they were just packing the lint in there and not getting it all out. Then to patch things up they stuck duct tape over the hole they made. Wow! Is this really how they train their workers to do the job? And the tools they give the workers to work with? I can't believe this company has received such high ratings. I was thoroughly disappointed.

Very well, they came on a Sunday, were right on time and very punctual and professional. They cleared a huge old birds nest from the dryer vent. They cleaned up when they were done.

They did a good job. I don't know if I got ripped off. They made me installed the ultra violet lights in my furnace. It kept going off, and they kept changing them. They were not happy. The first year they would replace it. They were not nice.

Servicemen were prompt and professional. Fully explained services performed. Prompted returned the next day to replace a fuse that did not initially fit.

Overall, the air duct cleaning and UV light install went ok as far as I could tell. They were also responsive to my questions and arrived on time. The only problem that I had was that several of my air registers and parts of my baseboard around the house were nicked and scratched in the process of removing them for cleaning. I would have expected more care to have been taken as not to damage anything.

They did a great job. They were timely and thorough, as well as easy to contact. The convenience of doing work on a Sunday, was a big plus.

The price came in exactly as quoted, and my two reps, Daniel and Juan, were absolutely top-notch. They were careful in my home to not leave any evidence of their work (no dust, no nicks) and they were on time, courteous and professional. Cleaning went great. I was able to schedule the service for the next day. Daniel and his partner arrived on time. They were polite and professional. They answered all of my questions. We ran into an issue with the dryer and they assured me that after the issue is resolved (not something they are able to fix) they would come back and finish the dryer cleaning. I am very satisfied with their service and would use them again. Thanks!

Did an awesome job. Showed us before and after pictures, I knew the ducts in our new house were dirty, but after I saw how dirty, I was super happy I called them. All clean now.
