Description of Work: The servicr provider arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He listened well to how and where I wanted the cleaning done. My only disappointment was that the "deoderizer" was spraying the carpet with a commercially available refresher product.

Description of Work: I was pleased with Chicago Carpet Care. They cleaned a love seat and four chairs-very reasonable price and great job. Additionally, I had them clean several area rugs-they were 'upfront' about the cost vs. results. Therefore, I only had a few cleaned. They arrived on time and were very conscientious and professional.
