Description of Work: I bought a Big Deal from them for 3 rooms of carpet cleaning, including deodorizer and stain protection. It was fine.

Description of Work: I bought the Angies List Big Deal for $99 for 3 rooms of carpet cleaning. This is the first time I have purchased one of these deals so I was skeptical. Chicago Carpet was great to deal with from the beginning to the end. They actually cleaned the carpeting twice. I mistakenly closed all the windows after the first cleaning so it did not dry out completely and after a few days could start to smell a sour odor coming from the carpeting. I contact Chicago Carpet Care and they came out the same day to apply a deodorizer at no extra charge even though I told them that this was my fault since I didn't properly air the rooms out and leave windows open. This is a rental unit and I was showing the apartment so timeliness was extremely important. I actually contacted them again after that since there was still a few areas I felt could be cleaned better. Again, they responded and took care of those areas. I am more than pleased at the level of service Chicago Carpet Care took - they really wanted me to be a happy customer rather than trying to charge me extra. They even followed up with a couple of calls to make sure I was satisfied. Really great customer service. I will definitely use them in the future.
