Description of Work: The first time that I used this company the cleaning was excellent. The second time I was not satisfied with the service. The stairs were still dirty and I in some places there were still some spots that I had to clean. I'm not sure if I would use them again. The price is good but if the carpet is still dirty what am I saving.

Description of Work: Carpet cleaning was very professionally done. We needed the floor-to-floor carpeting cleaned in the living area of our condo. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, moved all furniture pieces and replaced them exactly in the right place with plastic and styrofoam under all legs. Very good!

Description of Work: We bought a Big Deal to have our carpets cleaned by March when it expired but did not get around to using it. We called an Lee said we could extend it which was very nice of them. We finally set it up for July 9 because we had flooded slightly the week before and this would be just what was needed. We arranged date, time, and asked for antimicrobial and stairs which we understood would cost extra, and Lee said she would call back with the price. I didn't hear back, then I left a message asking about it, and asking for the later time slot same day. Didn't hear back. (This explains the B for professionalism.) The day came, and no one showed so my husband called and spoke with David, who said we were not on the schedule. (This explains the C for punctuality.) Long story short, David went to great lengths to get us in that day and did for which we were grateful. Due to the mix-up, he chose not to charge for the stairs. We would use them again and are still not sure what happened with the scheduling issue.
