Description of Work: Shampooed stair carpet. They did the work but I couldn't really tell the difference. They used a portable carpet cleaner I would expect a truck mounted machine. Did not treat spots and freshener only lasted one day.

Description of Work: I paid for the special which was 4 rooms or a flight of stairs was the same as a room. I have three flights of stairs and a very small hallway maybe 9X6, they said the hallway was one room and wanted to charge me a crazy price to do just the front of one of the bedrooms (It has a kingsize bed that I was not moving). |
