Description of Work: Very professional, knowledgeable, and upfront about what stains/dirt would come out, what wouldn't, and what might need multiple visits to treat (since we have light-colored carpet with pet stains). Technician was prompt and thorough. Our carpet smelled and looked significantly better than before. Our staircase had a few more stairs than are usually covered by the cost, but he cleaned them anyway for no extra charge. Will definitely call them for our next carpet cleaning.

Description of Work: I purchased the Angies List coupon for $99 for 3 rooms of cleaning with protection deodorized. The technician, Thomas, was prompt and very professional. I had 2 rooms and a very steep stairwell done instead of the 3rd room. He got the job done very quickly and efficiently (and neatly!). When I saw how black the water was I couldn't believe the carpets had been that dirty! They looked brand new when he was finished and a whole lot lighter.

Description of Work: They sent a cleaner with a piece of equipment weighing a few hundred pounds and expected that he was going to bring it up the stairs to the third floor of our townhouse over my hardwood floors and stairs. We asked if we could reschedule so that he could bring a second person or alternate equipment, and he replied that "the company doesn't care. They only have one kind of equipment and never send more tha one man". We had the man spot clean and vacuum, and called it a day. My next call was to another company who had the right equipment and two men. I would never use this company again, even if it was on "Special" again on Angie's list. Angie's list needs to vet their specials better. Why pay for an Angie's list membership if they don't check out their specials?
