Very good work, reasonable rate - would use them again.

I had a good experience. Everything was fine. Carpets are clean. They look nice. I have no complaints. They were good but their equipment was really old. They did a good job and the service was really good but they were kind old-school the way that they cleaned everything. Their machine were old and they kind of looked dingy. The solutions weren't that good. The guy did the best he could. He was a nice guy. He came in the uniform. Their price is fair.

I spoke with Andrew (I think) when making the reservation. He was extremely professional and helped find me a deal. James conducted the cleaning, and did an excellent job, taking care to pre-treat spots and warning me in advance that the machine was going to be loud. Done in less than an hour. Great job!

I purchased a coupon for $109 for 4 rooms. Stairs were added at an additional cost of $124. The technician arrived on time, he was very professional throughout the time he was in my home. I'm sorry I can't remember his name and it's not on the paperwork. He was able to get all the spots out of the carpet. When he was finished, he asked me to inspect the work he had done. I noticed one corner he had missed in my office, and at my request, he also went over a spot in a closet and on a stair that needed one more pass with his equipment. I'm happy with the service. My carpets are clean again. My only complaint is that this company is old school when it comes to doing business. They do not use an electronic tablet like the rest of the contractors I use. I'm used to having invoices sent to me via email and my credit card swiped with a reader on the tablet. At Chicago Carpet Care, everything is done on paper. I balked at having to write down my credit card number on the work order. With identity fraud rampant in this country, I was concerned my information was unsecure. In retrospect, I should have called the office to complain, but I did tell the technician that the company needs to update their way of doing business.

I was expecting the carpet to appear cleaner and was disappointed from that perspective. It may be that I had unrealistic expectations but the carpet wasn't that dirty. It was lasted cleaned 1 1/2 years ago.

Job well done. (I was not home when cleaning took place, but my tenant is happy. She is happy, I am happy).

I had bought a package. I had not realized one rug would count as 2 rooms, and instead of telling me ahead of time, they cleaned the rooms I asked for and told me at the end it was extra.

Scheduling and service went very smoothly. Very accommodating, especially considering we had a last minute issue with the time window they provided us. Promptly arrived when they said they would and worked quickly and efficiently. Friendly to boot.

They were easy to schedule, arrived on time, and were efficient in getting the work done. Overall, I was not impressed with the outcome, though. The carpets were not as clean as I was expecting. Obviously, not all spots will come out (so I wasn't expecting them to look new), but honestly they looked the same as before they were cleaned.

A representative came out with his equipment, including extra long power cords and hoses, right on time after calling ahead. We discussed briefly the tasks to be accomplished and he went right to work while I disappeared because of the noise. In a couple of hours he had cleaned all four rooms and fifteen stair risers. He was careful to place separators between the now wet carpets and all furniture touching the carpets. When he finished I asked how long the carpets would be wet, and he indicated four hours, which turned out to be right. Pleasant and accommodating, he was an excellent worker who cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. I am a repeat customer and have high praise for this company.

Great. Cleaned carpets but forgot to apply the protection. Offered to return but we were on vacation.

We were moving into the house and I had the carpets cleaned beforehand. I was thrilled when I saw how clean they were. The technician was professional and explained thoroughly what the process entails. He also worked extremely hard removing some stains that were in the carpet. I will definitely use them again. Great Job and Great Value!!

They showed up on time. It snowed that day and their truck got stuck, but one of the guys went in and cleaned the carpet while the other guys unstuck the truck. They worked very hard and were very professional.

The guy did a great job and I am going to hire them again in 3 months. We have a lot of pet stains on old carpet and can't replace the carpet (we are renting this house) so he explained to me exactly what we could expect with the stains wicking back up to the surface. It's been 3 weeks though and they still look as clean as when he left. I prepaid for an Angie's list coupon for $109 for 4 rooms and then paid him the balance for the stairs and hallway when he got here.

Professional, quick, and thorough. They moved the couch to get behind there even though it wasn't part of the deal. A+

The provider showed up on time. Gave me a 20 minute heads up of his imminent arrival. The carpets look fantastic. I combined an angie's list coupon with their normal pricing to cover the entire home. Carpet looks almost new.

Came to clean carpet but found water under the padding Paid nearly a $1000.00 to have carpet pulled back to dry area out and put down new padding in affected area Tech failed to pulled back all the carpet and as a result the final cleaning was delayed significantly. The cost pulling back carpet, spraying the floor with anti mold and deodorizer and using a couple of large fans seemed very high. Final carpet cleaning was ok but chemical used on steps has attracted a significant amount of dirt.
