Description of Work: They cleaned my living room/dining room carpet and bedroom carpet. The technician was very nice, but very new to carpet cleaning. He'd only been on the job less than 2 months and didn't know how to spot clean areas that needed it. I appreciated that he was very honest which I greatly appreciated and said he didn't know how to eliminate some spots. I did not appreciate that as an Angie's List client I got a new technician rather than an experienced pro. I do want to repeat that he was a very nice young man and did his very best. He was courteous and applied himself. He just didn't have the knowledge yet that a more experienced person would have.

Description of Work: I can't say enough good things about this company. I was a bit late in trying to schedule and they were very accommodating (working professionals with NO time available). Not only did they clean the three bedroom, but after private messaging them about the staircase, they made a point to build in time to do that as well (that was a separate cost). They were totally on-time, respectful of our home, efficient, answered all my husbands questions, etc. Will definitely use again on an annual basis.

Description of Work: They use the same equipment as Stanley, it appears, and did not try to upsell me, unlike Stanley. I'm not sure they are as good, but they are certainly less expensive.

He arrived promptly at 8:00, and, after introducing himself, went right to work. | |We had five areas, totaling approximately 600+ sq. ft. cleaned: Family Room, Foyer, Living Room, Dining Room and upstairs Hallway. We feel the price of $129 less 10% senior discount was fair and reasonable. | |With service work, I look for: good, quality service; courteous and professional representatives; and, reasonable price. Chicago Carpet fulfilled all three. | |James was courteous, very professional and a credit to the company. We are very satisfied with the work he performed, and will certainly use Chicago Carpet again in the future. |

Description of Work: Great working with this company. Bought the deal to perform service in my building but the HOA did not approve the request (deferred it). Company was very easy to work with the cancel the appointment and I will be using them again when I am able to schedule the work.
