Description of Work: Great Job on cleaving carpet. Very nice, trustworthy associates. Cleaner was safe and effective. They were able to get out some stubborn stains, moved furniture, and moves back. Overall, a great hire. I will use Brightside for our next carpet cleaning. They are a little higher priced than the big national outfits, but are true to their estimate (Actually charged $25 less than estimate). . In addition, the solution they use is natural and no harsh chemicals. With a little one in the house, this is very important Except for being a little later than I hoped. Though, to be fair, they were only 30 minutes later than I expected, A great job

Got all the stains out of some heavily soiled steps from normal use and from a sick pet. Would definitely use again. He even did some bonus spot cleaning in another area we had not initially signed up for.

+ -1 moreI was getting ready to rent out my condo, and the bedroom carpet hadn't been cleaned in years (at least 5) and was quite dirty. I didn't realize how bad it was until I moved the plastic chair mat and saw the the carpet was white under there vs. tan everywhere else. It was a Thursday afternoon and I had prospective tenants coming by on Saturday, so this needed to be done stat. I called a few places, and everyone was saying that their first opening was in 2-3 weeks. Finally a very nice woman at chicago carpet care (Ruth, I think) was able to move things around and get me an appt for the next day for 9-11 am. The guys showed up at 9:30, did a quick measure, showed me the 3 cleaning levels, and went to work. When they were done in an hour, the carpet was all white and clean. Even better, the first tenant to see the place wanted it, and my condo rented after being on the market for 1 day!

Workers were prompt and efficient. They finished work in approximately 1 hour. They insisted that I inspect each source of concern and got my approval before continuing with the work. I would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Workers inspected damage and negotiated price. They removed wall-to-wall carpet and pad, packaged and put into alley. They cleaned floor of remaining water and then treated floor, lower portion of wall, baseboard and sump pump drain for mold and mildew.
