Appointment making was easy, they arrived on time. Friendly and quality service.

They cancelled the first appointment the day of. They did come the next day. I was satisfied with the job.

The man who showed up (forgot his name) did a great job and got most of our well-ingrained stains out of the carpet too! He let me know where it would be difficult or impossible to get spots out due to age and potential damage to the carpet. He was punctual in arriving and pleasant throughout the time he was performing the service. The carpet turned out cleaner than the last time we used a carpet cleaning service! I'd definitely use them again.

They were courteous, professional, and did excellent work. I would defiantly hire them again!

I just don't think the deep cleaning was as deep as it should have been.

From the moment I booked the appointment, the gentleman I talked to was very helpful, friendly, and professional. Very willing to help and give information about their services and the cost. On the day of service, tech Danny called about 30 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. Danny was excellent. He did a great job. Very neat and told me if there were stains that could not be removed. He also waited until I inspected the work done before he left. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Called the number, scheduled the appointment. The morning of the appointment things went haywire, and I had to re-schedule. It was easy, no problem, and we re-scheduled on the spot. They confirmed both appointments (the original one and the eventual one) the night before, called the morning of the confirm, and the guy was even running EARLY and asked if it was convenient for him to come sooner than my 2-hour window (it was!) Cleaned the carpet, cleaned up after himself, didn't need me to hold his hand + did a great job! Would use (WILL use) these guys again!

On a friend's recommendation, I called a nationally known company, which refused to do the job because there was no elevator in the two-story building and I could not guarantee parking within 75 or 100 feet of the building! Then I consulted Angie's List and found a Big Deal being offered by Chicago Carpet Care. They were fine with the parking situation and willing to carry their equipment up one story. We made an appointment. They came on time and did an excellent job.

The cleaning was okay. I did not feel it was any better than the steam cleaning I did with a equipment I rented from Homedepot. I also felt that it was difficult for one man to do carry all the equipment up and down the stairs.

Both chairs were aged and heavily stained; one with coffee and dark liquid. Both were much past due for cleaning. The rating of A for quality is more for the way the service person performed the cleaning. Due to the age and initial need for cleaning we had little hope that the chairs would look much better. However, a better result was achieved than expected given the state of the chairs before the cleaning.

The provider did a great job! He was punctual, professional, helpful and prompt. The results were GREAT! The hallway looks great. We had hired two companies last year and the stairs still did not look as good as when this guy left. We will hire them again!!!!

Everything went very well. I was contacted quickly after purchasing an Angie's List coupon and we scheduled a date for cleaning. I got a call when an earlier date was available. That that date didn't work for me but I appreciated the inquiry. The technician arrived on time, cleaned the carpet thoroughly and quickly. I appreciated that I had flexibility to use the 4-room as I needed -- stairs, hallway and/or rooms.

Great! Pulled a lot of dirt out of carpets even though I was having them cleaned every 6 months.

Nice email communication to set up and confirm the appt. Called on his way to let me know approximate arrival time. Very thorough and attention to some spot stains from pets. Furniture legs were elevated and covered following the cleaning so they didn't stain the carpeting. The place smelled fresh and clean when the job was complete. I would definitely invite them back again.

Furniture was raised when necessary to clean under; carpet was noticeably cleaner when finished.

They were very flexible in working with us. We made several changes and they handled it well.

First off, they canceled the initial appointment at the very last minute ... it was unfortunate and due to a totally unplanned accident as they explained. But this caused a lot of inconvenience at our end, as we were moving out the day after and had to re-schedule move-out cleaners, movers and so many other parties. I had explained our circumstances, and that timing was critical when I originally scheduled the initial appointment. Unfortunately, it was a total nightmare experience for us! The re-scheduled carpet cleaning itself was mostly average. The sides of the room where the carpet meets the wall were not cleaned. The professional who came for the re-scheduled appointment was punctual and helpful.

I had never had my furniture professionally cleaned. Not only did I get the furniture cleaned, but I got an education on what needed to be done to maintain it! Danny was pleasant and very professional. He did not complain about the difficulties entering my very secure apartment building. He came in a clean uniform that was clearly identified with the name of the company on it. He was also very respectful about wearing shoe covers and working around my personal items. One of my pieces was 20 years old and the other 30 years old with old stains on it. Danny very patiently reviewed the condition of my furniture with me and as he was cleaning showed me what he removed from it. I think we were both surprised that the old stains came out with the cleaning. Not only did he clean the furniture but also the pillows that I used with it, one of which was badly in need of cleaning. Now, not only do my furniture and pillows look like new, but they also smell clean and fresh, which is a very healthy feeling after so many years. Thanks to Danny and Chicago Carpet Care, a service that I would recommend to anyone!

Our appointment with Chicago Carpet Care was scheduled for between 11:00-noon, on a weekday. My prior appointment (with another company) was actually early and efficient, so I was done and waiting for Chicago Carpet Care at 10:20am. Eventually, 11:00am came, then 11:30am. Finally, at 12:05p, I called to see if our salesperson was close because I was not going to stay in our empty rental unit much longer. On that phone call, I was: *Told that they "tried to" get in touch with me the day prior to confirm the appointment and were unsuccessful. By that they mean, they called ONCE from an unidentified, non-local number (so that's who that missed call was!), and LEFT NO VOICEMAIL. Having called once and not successfully confirmed, they "cancelled the appointment." Well, that's great. *Asked when a convenient time to reschedule was... (Sir, that is simply not happening.) Having received a few other quotes for carpet install that are in a similar ballpark, Customer Service is what sets businesses apart from each other. I can tell you from this experience that the common courtesy displayed here and respect for a potential customer's time, was not something I'd ever want to experience again. As a small-business owner and mother-to-be, there are plenty of things that I could have been doing for that hour (truly, hour and 45 minutes), that didn't involve sitting in a completely empty apartment waiting for someone to not show up. At the very least, a voicemail or a second attempt at communication would seem appropriate.
