They did a fine job and everything I expected them to do. They were punctual.

Bought a carpet clean special from Angie's List Deals, three rooms for $99. Chicago Carpet Care were very accomodating when I called to schedule the cleaning. I chose to add an additional room once the technician arrived. The technician, Jaime, arrived right on time. He took the time to go over what I wanted done. He made a few suggestions and then got right to work. Kept me posted on the effort to get a few stains up. Was able to get the coffee spills out but was honest that the Kool-Aid was not coming up. Jaime did a very nice job on all the areas I wanted cleaned. My wife was very satisfied when she returned home to a clean carpets. We would hire them again. JEF

I have had the same carpet for 12 years. Dan did a great job and was extremely professional. My 8-year old's stains came out of the living room and the really worn areas look much better. I may use the service again in 3 months for the heavy traveled areas. Dan also was willing and did move light furniture and totes to get at areas needing attention. Now I feel like my place is actually ready to receive guests!

Shampooed, cleaned, protected a 7 year old couch to like - new condition, when I thought the couch would be headed for goodwill. Did a fantastic job!

The service went fine. They did make a mistake, but they corrected it without any issues, and that was positive. They used the wrong cleaning compound, and so the carpet got spots, but they removed them.

That service was just great. Just one carpet cleaner came out and they stayed for a couple of hours. Most of the carpets dried easily. One of the rooms they had to really get it wet to clean and it took about 2 days to dry. They did a really good job.

I wasn't overly satisfied. The tech was a young man and he didn't seem like he was very concerned with doing a good job. I'd moved a lot of furniture beforehand and he didn't move it back.

The initial pick up on a Saturday was very timely and the cleaning was done very well. For the return they promised it the next Saturday but it wasn't done. I said I'd pick it up at their location when it was done. They wouldn't allow it. The return we next agreed on was timely. The 2 drivers I dealt with were very friendly and helpful.

They were on time and performed the work well. Very upfront in what they could do and did an outstanding job! Recommended.

My experience with Chicago Carpet Care was fantastic. They were willing to work with me, and flexible with regards to what was offered to be cleaned and what I needed cleaned, so I was satisfied.

Super courteous, just not the right fit.

They were on time, and very speedy. They made sure they put covers on their shoes before they came inside. It didn't take long to clean the carpets in the two rooms. They cleaned up after themselves before leaving. They did a good job considering the age of the carpets.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was good. Their service and professionalism was great. They were willing to come back and touch up one of the jobs with no questions asked; that was nice.

Everyone was very happy with the results. He was right on time and he did not waste a minute to get started on the job. Scheduling was great and I did not have a problem. It was setup easily. I am satsifed with the work.

The young man who did the job was behind schedule and tried to work too fast. He splashed the soapy water on the furniture, with marks still visible on wood. I'm especially upset by the stains on the leather recliner. His equipment looked old. The carpet took too long to dry.

I'm a little late in writing my review. The work performed was for a second floor rental unit. I have to say that they were very professional at all times with communication and appointment set up. Emails went back and forth. Very pleasant. The work on the other hand was not as satisfying. I am not sure what I expected the carpet to look like but I have seen other carpets cleaned and have looked fantastic after. My carpet is only 4 years old and even the low traffic areas did not look like it was professionally cleaned. The carpet didn't seem to have been deodorized either. Still has the previous tenant smell. Eww. The carpet seems matted down and dingy. To be fair to the company I have to say that I did not contact them about my dissatisfaction because I'm not sure what else they could do to make it better?

They not only cleaned my tenant's wall to wall carpet with practically no inconvenience for my tenant, they did an excellent job on our furniture and Karastan (sp?) area rug, which they did have to take away, clean and delivery.

I was so pleased they are coming back in April. The man was neat and tidy and did a good job.

Scheduling of the appointment was relatively easy. I communicated with the company via email. On the day of the appointment the cleaners contacted me to let me know they were on their way and were on time. They were nice enough and relatively quick. However, I thought the carpets could have been cleaned a bit better. I don't feel like the carpets received a good, deep cleaning like I was expecting from a professional carpet cleaning.

That turned out well. They came out a couple of days after I purchased it. They seemed really good and they were in and out right away. Overall, I liked their professionalism. I will use them again.

All went well and I was very pleased with the results.
