I had received a previous quote not associated with Angie's list for $600. I asked if I could use the coupon toward my own click and lock. Vendor said no. At this point I had spoken and emailed with the vendor several times. The vendor told me to get a refund because he would be unable to help me. The vendor was very professional but in my opinion very expensive, $5/sq ft installation charge.

Excellent work. He was very professional and the carpets are much cleaner than they have been since new. Will definitely call them again.

Very good at working around our schedule allowing us to get the job done prior to our young children arriving home from school. Also good about accepting payment in advance through Angie's List for the $99 special.

They were responsive and reached out to me after I purchased the deal. They left messages and were professional with them. I have yet to get back with them to schedule the appointment.

He did amazing work from start to finish. He called us when he was on his way to the job and arrived on time. Then, he walked through the job with us. He listened to all the little details. The work was excellent. He could not have done a better job. We will ask for him the next time and we will also recommend him to friends. Very professional! Great job!!

Very professional- responsive booking and efficient. They weren't able to get some stains out of the love seat (but I assumed that was a long shot anyway). Our white sofa is as good as new, though. They even got out spilled wine. Would use again.

They reached out to me to make the appointment. They were prompt, responsive, and helpful. I ended up getting a refund since I wanted to put in hardwood flooring instead. I would use them in the future if I had a need.

I was amazed that only one person came and finished as quickly as he did. The thing to now about these types of cleaning is that they don't magically make your carpet look as good as new but they do remove a lot of dirt, pollen and pet hair. My wife's allergies verified it.

I do NOT like to have people in my home--it's just weird. I got a call that they were running early, could they come now? Yes, early I like! I also had a large dog, and they told me not to worry--sure enough, the dog liked them both. Very nice job--super clean and finally fresh.

Everything turned out well. The cleaner that showed up was nice and he was quick. He seemed to do a very good job. They were very responsive through emails and they reached out in a good time. I did have to reschedule once and they were good about that. Overall, I had a positive experience.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I paid an additional $60-$80. It was one guy that came and did everything. He was superb. He was done in 2 hours. He was incredibly thorough. He moved all the furniture. I couldn't have been happier and I'm going to do it again next year. He was professional and courteous. The work was superb. The price was very reasonable. Even without the coupon, the price would have been very reasonable.

I thought the service was good. I'm skeptical about Angie's List deals. By the time you pay for the deal and tip the guy I'm not sure there was a tremendous savings. However I feel that the service and results for what I paid were appropriate. The man who came to our house was nice and professional.

Jaime was very helpful and friendly, and he was more than happy to accommodate any special requests. Ultimately, it was a great experience, and we will definitely use them again.

We had bought a deal through Angie's list for the cleaning of three rooms with carpet. Our apartment is a bit smaller with only one bedroom and a large living room. It was easy to set up the appointment, the guy arrived perfectly in time and the cleaning took less than an hour. The carpet looked like new, smelled nice and even some old stains which had been there before we moved in (six years earlier) had vanished. We can certainly recommend this company.

It was very simple to schedule an appointment. When they arrived, the job took less than an hour. The carpet looked brand new when they finished. There were no additional costs beyond the prepaid rate of the deal. It was great! We will probably be using their deal again.

The service was very good. There weren't any additional charges to be paid. They were very punctual, prompt, and fast, as far as we know.

Good. No real complaints, but the install is only about a month old so we'll see how the carpet holds up after some extended use time. Installer was friendly and did a good job. I wish they could have hid the staples on the corner turn of the stairs better, but it is a thin carpet I chose and a very tight turn on the stairs with not much to staple into on the inside corner so I understand they did the best they could with what they had on a very tough corner. The whole job took about 4 hours.

Calling to get the appointment was easy. Scheduler was quick and efficient. Appointment was easy to schedule. Carpet cleaner arrived on time, performed work quickly and without issues.

They did a really professional job. It looks beautiful. There is a lot detail with moldings and chair rails. They were friendly and very neat; cleaning up and moving the furniture back. I highly recommend them.

We had a scheduling issue in terms of the previous customer requesting more services, thus our time got moved back. By then it would have been to late as the carpeting would have still been wet on the stairs, making it difficult to get to our bedrooms. We were able to reschedule and were given an extra area of cleaning for the inconvenience. In addition, our technician accidentally knicked one of our walls, but we were reimbursed for the repair very promptly.

I didn't like anything about this provider. I had some communication with them because I had issues with the cleaning. I got a reply from their office that they would come to take care of it. When they came to show up, the guy thought that I was trying to cheat them into doing more work. He was not very nice about it so I sent them away.

Provider initially arrived on time but when asked if there shouldn't be something under the legs of furniture said no need to be. The next morning I had purple spots on my carpet where furniture legs had been. They sent another tech but he was unable to get them out. Finally they decided that they wouldn't charge me for the cleaning. I still have some spots but I got tired of working with them. I probably should have asked for carpet replacement.
