Chicago Carpet Care

This is the second review I have written for this company for the same service. The service was excellent.

My experience went very well. Scheduling was fine and everything worked out well. I did not have any problems with the quality of the work.

They did a great job, vacuuming thoroughly first then doing the cleaning and the small doormats people had. Even provided booties for people to wear until it dried.

It went really well and I was very happy with the service. The guy that came was very professional. He did a great job and asked me to check his work. I know it sounds odd, but it was nice to be asked to check. I even asked him to show me the water for the darker carpet. He also left me a fan to help dry the carpet faster and better, which was really helpful. I would definitely use these guys again.

Everything went fine. A good cleaning at a reasonable price.

The Company representative called 15 min. before arrival to make sure we were home and ready. We appreciated this very much.The Representative introduced himself and immediately put booties on before he walked on the carpeting, even though it was still in it's dirty state. We showed him the areas we wanted cleaned and he immediately set about preparing the areas for cleaning by running a vacuum over all areas. He brought in the cleaning machine and got to work. Everything was completed very efficiently and very thoroughly. The representative left a few pairs of booties for us to use until the carpet was dry. We were very happy with the results. The carpet dried faster than any other time we have had it cleaned which meant we could use those rooms more quickly. Our carpet is very old, so we didn't expect very much, but it really looks almost new now! Yes, we will surely use this company again and will definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors. I also would like to address the Mgmt. team, as we had to change appts. several times. They couldn't have been nicer and the woman who answered the phone and dealt with me has definitely earned a raise!! She was soooo nice and willing to work with me as I was having health probs and needed to reschedule two or three times! It was just a great experience all the way around.

Everything turned out well. They arrived on time, responded quickly when I called, and did a great job with the basement. Thanks to them, its back to normal.

They seem to have a lot of deals. There were pet stains that were not 100% removed and they seemed to use a lot of cleaner so that it was not entirely rinsed and started clogging up my vacuum cleaner. The cleaning was better than some previous cleenings and not as good as others.

He explained what he could do and afterwards, he showed me stains that he could not get rid of. He did chairs at my request for extra cost. He was very good and professional.

My experience with them was okay. They stuck with the Big Deal price, and the service was average. It was nothing spectacular and nothing wrong.

This is just not a hardwood company. The prices are much higher than i am accustomed to.

It was a satisfactory experience. It was a very basic job and the areas they cleaned were fine. However, there was one place where I felt like they could have moved some furniture, but they didn't.

Everything went well. They did a good job in making the carpet seam disappear. You can barely tell there is a seam there at all. They took their time and were careful and it looks very good. The installation was purchased using a $400 coupon for $99. Was this a good deal? It's hard to say. Truthfully, I don't have enough experience in carpeting to know if I really saved any money.

The carpet in my new house was so dirty we didn't actually know the real color. Chicago Carpet Care did an amazing job cleaning the carpet (even on the stairs up to the roof deck (4th level of the house!)) and removing the stains (some of which may have been a decade old). The carpet is now a light beige and the whole house smells much better. I was also pleasantly surprised when the job was done in less than two hours. I would absolutely use them again!

Wonderful! The carpet looks beautiful and the sofa and four chairs they did are just amazing, they are just really nicely done within a very reasonable period of time and very clean. I just like that they were very prompt and courteous, helpful and I'm very pleased with it.

I had an appointment for 4/5/14. Company called the morning of 4/5 to inform me that the technician had a family emergency and we rescheduled the appointment for 4/12. They offered to clean an additional piece of furniture at no extra cost which was a nice thing to do. The technician called on 4/12 and asked if he could come earlier than the 1pm scheduled time which worked out very well for me. The tech was very professional and friendly. He did a good job cleaning my carpet condisidering the age and condition. I was well satisfied. He did not mention the free cleaning of an additional piece of furniture and I did not press the issue since I really did not need it done. Overall, very satisfied.

It turned out really well! He was punctual, responsive, and the end result was good. This was the first time I had used them, and I would use them again in the future as well as recommend them to others.

I think the people were great but the carpet didn't seem any more clean than when I used my carpet cleaner - it smelled nice for a few hours but there was no significant difference with the carpet prior to cleaning - this may be related to the age of my carpet, though.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out well. He did a good job and I trusted him. He was professional. I added the staircase so I paid an additional $40 or $50. He came out the same day that I purchased the deal.

Erzsebet and her team did a great job! I was able to connect with her quickly and she responded very quickly to my messages and texts. We were able to schedule the cleaning in a matter of minutes and she and her team were very flexible. This was a move-in cleaning so we wanted everything to be scrubbed and cleaned and the team did a great job. I would highly recommend using Erzsebet and her team again.

Scheduling was easy and they were very proactive in finding the right time for the appointment. They arrived right on time. Did a great job. This is the second time I've used them and I'm definitely going to use them again.

The first time the person did an awful job, they sent somebody else who did it again. They person they sent did a great job. They did it again for free and they offered to do it again in the spring for free. I did not have to wait for them to come out.
