Very well. Arrived on time after phoning first as promised. Whole job took about 2 1/2 hours with one person. All stains and spots were gone. Couldn't do anything about the wear in some areas, but that was expected. Price was same as estimate given over the phone when I called to schedule. Would definitely recommend and use again

It turned out well. They got the job done about 2 hours. The scheduling was good. The cleaner was a good professional worker and did a good job. He had me check the work before he left.

It was acceptable. They did not have a truck-mounted machine and because of that their portable machine (which I'm told does just as good of a job) tended to drip all over our home and on our hardwood. They wiped it up, but it left smears all over the place that I had to go back and clean up. In all fairness, they said they cleaned an extra area which they would have normally charged an additional fee for, but they waived that without me asking. I don't know if they did that because of the smears. In the future, I'll use companies that have truck-mounted machines. The price was fair and they did a satisfactory job. I just wasn't satisfied with having to clean up after them.

They did a beautiful job, it went great.

Chicago carpet care recently shampooed and washed my couch and loveseat. They were on time, clean and very professional. My couch looks brand-new I would highly recommend them.

They never reached out to me, even after I contacted Angie's list about this. I am requesting a refund.

Steam cleaning didn't really get the dirt out in the living room on the berber carpeting. Didn't push back furniture after moving it. Had to provide detail instruction. I also had to provide carpet booties so that he won't walk with his street shoes on the just steamed carpet.

Still waiting after more than two months

Scheduler was great in working with our schedule. The men arrived promptly at scheduled time and did a very thorough job, going over any heavier stains several times. Carpeted areas looked great! Would highly recommend again.

They responded promptly but unsatisfactorily. No dates available for cleaning for 10 days. My suspicion is that if I had purchased a regular price service I would not have had that issue.

David promptly called me after placing the order and set up an appointment with a 2 hour window. On the day of the appointment I received a call from his technician (Tim) who offered to arrive early if I was available Tim worked 1.5 hours on a 450 sq ft apartment carpet which was not cleaned for at least 15 years and you could see the visable diffierence in the carpet color and appearence. Great job, I will definately hire this company again.

This deal was described as four AREAS of carpet cleaning for $109. When I showed the representative the four areas I wanted cleaned he said that the deal was for four rooms and one of the areas is a combination living and dining room which he said was two rooms and that it would cost me $60 for the " fifth" room which I declined. So, only three rooms were carpet cleaned which took less than an hour. The work done was satisfactory except that a bad stain in one room came out worse. Overall, I felt that I did not get the deal as described.

The service went well. They were very responsive and easy to schedule out. They did exactly what the deal stated. The technicians were professional, nice and friendly. They completed the service in about an hour and half.

Beware this company does not carry Worker's Compensation Insurance. If your building's management office require this insurance for works to be done in the building, you are out of luck - they won't let the carpet cleaners in, and the owner is not willing to work with you to resolve the problem. So don't bother!

Arrived on time. He did the work as agreed upon. The results are just what I expected. Clean rugs and a good bargain, I believe. This was an "Angie's Deal" special. This was the real deal.

They were on time, friendly, and did an excellent job. This is the second time we've used Chicago Carpet Care and we will stick with them for future carpet cleaning jobs.

They were fine. They came on time and did a good job. The gentleman who came out did exactly what he was supposed to do and was friendly. He was the best.

My appointment window was scheduled for 10-noon. They arrived promptly at 10:30. The job was finished by 11:00. I was given full care instructions. They cleaned up after themselves very nicely. I would hire them again.

Two personnel arrived earlier than scheduled -- but called several hours before to ask if it would be okay to come earlier. They put on booties before they entered our home, and covered the space where they put their equipment with plastic sheeting so as not to damage the floor. They were in and out in less than an hour. The carpet -- which had not been cleaned in years-- looked like new after they finished the job. These guys were very professional, prompt, and did a beautiful job on the carpet.

The crew did an excellent job. They showed up on time and were well prepared. They removed stains I didn't think would come out and picked up a lot of pet hair. The rooms looked and smelled great after the work was done. Everything was done professionally and with great care. I would definitely use these guys again.

Very statisfied with the services. They arrived on time (at the beginning of a two hur window), were professional and courteous. The quality of the carpet installed was excellent. I would hire them again.

Overall, I would NOT recommend Chicago Carpet Care NOR would I use their services again. The gentleman that came was professional and efficient but my carpets do NOT look clean and I now have 2 new spots that are still wet. Is that from their machinery? I'm NOT a happy camper. I'll stick with Stanley Steemers in the future because my carpets always look brand new when Stanley Steemers is done. Their serviceman gets an A+ but the cleaning was an F.
