They were super responsive when I called, and it was very easy to schedule a time. The technician was on time and polite and professional.

It did not go well. It was just a series of snafus beginning with 2 emails stating that unfortunately they could not come to either job as scheduled and to call to reschedule. Then, within a couple of hours we got 2 more emails stating that no, they could come after all and disregard previous message. Okay. Justin called in the morning and came promptly. He was very pleasant. Although he estimated an hour and a half to do the work it took 2 1/2 hours. Okay. I then asked approximately what time he expected to be at our nearby office as my husband was waiting there for him. He said 1:00 (this was at 11:30). I gave him the phone number to reach my husband when he arrived. By 2:30, having heard nothing my husband called company and was told they would call back shortly after looking into it. Never called. Husband called again at 3:30 and was told machinery had broken down, they now had a replacement and would be there within 1/2 hour - 4:00. By 5:30, no one. We put all furniture and equipment back that we had moved. As if all this was not bad enough, I saw on our credit card statement that they had charged us TWICE for our home cleaning! $249 twice! Called again, was told it would be looked into and would call back within 10 minutes. I left my work number and never got the call. There was a message at home that night that a credit would be issued. NOT at the number I had given them to call. Our home carpets don't look very clean. I suspect the machinery was already malfunctioning when they were cleaned. What a fiasco. Can NOT recommend.

Great! This is the most courteous team I have ever hired and their work was excellent.

Great. I scheduled online - it did take one or two calls to confirm with a live person. Both the pick-up and delivery were on time, professional, courteous. The rugs look great.

It worked out very well and they did a good job. They are very efficient.

Carpets looked great. They worked hard to get spots out of the rugs and managed to get 99% of them out. Remaining spot was very faint.

Carpets successfully cleaned. They moved our furniture and took care of everything.

They were great - helped me move most things around so they could clean maximum space. They used a safe water-based solution so no dangerous chemicals were left around. They were professional, friendly, punctual, and accommodating.

This was either my second or third time using Chicago Carpet Cares. They continue to do excellent work, are reasonably priced, and are professional. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them.

Went Ok until the final overly inflated total charge (see below) ..technician Danny seemed uncertain over what to charge after the angies list special had been used. I was shocked to discover my final amount owed was $888!! (Ive never paid more than $300/$400 for the whole house including scoth guard etc.) He charged $789 for 5 older area rugs ranging from 11x8 to 4x4 264 ft @ 2.99 sq ft. He should have definitely given quote 1st for this v large amount I assumed it wb in ball park of my 30 yrs of previous carpet cleanings. My review is late as was just filing my old home receipts away & this STILL price charge really upsets me. I checked angies list & found too many A grades to justify not providing this review. Thats why I used them 2 yrs ago from the glowing A grades & special offer as just lost my job Since then Ive learned about the bait & switch attempts of many cleaners & this appears to have happened to me.

The team was professional, on time (actually they were early and called to ask if I would like them to come earlier, which worked out great), and did a great job. They were conscientious of doing the job well while respecting the rest of my home, putting on booties, and discarded the dirty water into the proper basin and not just the nearest sink. I would absolutely hire them again.

They did a good job. What was a concerned was that they turned up there was a lot of other things that added on to the price stain removal and air freshener etc.

Excellent. Our contractor Danny showed up on time and was very thorough. We had a spot that we thought would not come out but he did a great job and it is gone. Would use again and recommend Chicago Carpet Care.
