Chicago Carpet Care

They were very responsive when I contacted them, and set up the date I wanted immediately. They were to arrive between 10:00 and 12:00, and Tom showed up at 10:25 am ready to work. He was very nice and polite and did a great job. He was gone by 11:35 am. I wondered how good of a job we'd get because of the low price, but he did a great job and we would definitely use them again.

I have a lot of art and things to negotiate and my townhouse has 4 floors. The 2 rooms that needed cleaning were on the 4th floor. Tom was very careful, professional and thorough. The carpet is a light colored woven wool and I'm very pleased with the results. The job was finished in less than an hour and a half.

The service man was professional and punctual. We have a white couch that had never been cleaned before. It took him an hour but he made the couch beautiful again! I would definitely hire Chicago Care Carpet again!

It was great! The technician was very nice and knowledgeable. He even explained what he did to get out a particularly difficult stain. He arrived on time and performed the cleaning to my satisfaction. I would definitely have them out to clean again!

It went fine. The cleaner even found our lost iPad under the sofa when he moved it! I have off-white berber style carpet (previous owners' choice, not mine!) and it had accumulated a lot of dirty spots. I knew some of them were stains that would not come out, but it seems that there are a couple of small things that got missed, including a sticky spot (possibly gum?) that he apparently didn't notice. I have environmental sensitivities to the fragrances in many cleaning products. There seemed to be a shortage of options for getting my carpet really clean -- e.g., no fragrance free spot treatment option. Overall I'm happy that the carpet is clean, and I would call this company again.

The workman was professional and did a nice job. All areas were cleaned and most spot came up but there were a few that didn't but not sure it was their fault. Overall I was very satisfied with the service provided.

Associate was punctual and flexible with hauling equipment around to the back entrance. Carpets were cleaned within 2 hours and dry within 5. They still smell great.

Very pleased with the work done by the crew. They were friendly and explained what they needed, they did the work with no fuss. They needed only a cold-water connection from outside, so no need to disturb any of the building's residents to connect to a water source. The "low" mark on quality is because the carpets are starting to show dirt already (again) ... but to be fair to Chicago Carpet Care, it may be because the carpets themselves are not as resistant to showing dirt as we had thought when they were installed. I have not contacted CCC about this, and don't intend to, because I'm not concerned about it. Dealing with the office was also easy and straightforward. We will very likely hire them again in the future, either annually or every other year.

Service went as expected, very professional, courteous and within an hour or so my carpet was clean.

It went really well. The provider called me to schedule and was very accomodating when I had to change the date at the last minute. The technician came exactly on time and did a great job cleaning my couch. There was such a heavy dog smell in the couch I didn't think it would come clean. Without any additional charges, he got the smell out. I liked them so much, I had them take an area rug to clean. They called today to say it was ready...can't wait to see it!

The man came on time and did call me 1/2 hour before he arrived so that I could do some errands. The office personnel seemed quite confused about scheduling and which address was the address for the job. They called me twice totally confused. The workman did a great job quickly. The carpet did take more than one day to dry thoroughly. I am glad my new tenant did not move in the next day. The deodorizer was nice and not too smelly.

I took advantage of their $99 carpet cleaning special. They showed up on time and did the job. Everything went well and there were no problems. I would work with this company again.

Generally favorable experience. I purchased their four or five room deal--can't recall which--and had to pay extra for stairs and an additional room when they took a rather legalistic view of what counts as a room, but otherwise I was pleased with their customer service, punctuality, and overall quality.

They were responsive and gave me a heads up call the morning of and also 30 min before. Very friendly person and they were really relaxed. I was moving that day and running around and they were great.

Chicago Carpet Care did a great job cleaning our sofas. Their phone operators were always courteous, helpful and organized. I had no problem redeeming a service coupon I purchased off of Angie's List. The on-site cleaner was running late that day, however he made sure to call me to let me know, well before his scheduled appointment. When he arrived he went straight to work and did an excellent job of getting the musty smell out of old furniture. He was professional, efficient and friendly. I'd use this company again for any upholstery/carpet cleaning.

I couldn't be happier with the service performed! I have called another company before contacting CHICAGO CARPET CARE and they wanted more than $400 so I was a bit concerned that maybe the quality won't be high when I was told it would only be $135. The service I received, however, was top notch! Scheduling was easy, and they even helped choose the deal that minimizes my cost. The carpet came up very clean and smells great. Thank you for a great experience !

Technician Danny was super. He was prompt, professional, helpful and explained how things worked. The carpets all were attended to efficiently and courteously. His services were well provided and promptly done. CCC is lucky to have such a contienious employee. Services were superior.

My experienced turned out great. They were very easy to schedule with. There was no hassle with using the coupon. They came out on time for the appointment. We were happy with the outcome of the carpet cleaning.

Everything turned out fine. They did a good job. I was a little frustrated that they showed up a little late so there was so miss communication with their office. The results of the carpet are good.
