The service was excellent. They were able to get the carpet cleaned considering how soiled it was due from the heavy traffic that goes thru the hallway. The carpet was like new.

To be honest, I was shocked to see how clean my carpets were. I expected to hear that some of the pet stains were not ever going to come out. Instead, all of them are gone and the carpet hasn't look this good in years. The same holds true for the 2nd floor's rooms and the stairwell. Even more surprising was that he got everything accomplished in under 2 hours! The carpet cleaner (Dean? ... sorry) was very polite and to say thorough hardly does him justice. I should have taken before and after pictures. Yes, I would call on them again and will recommend this company to any who need their carpets cleaned.

I have 6 rooms of carpeting and 3 of the rooms needed cleaning very badly. They came on time and had my 3 rooms done in about an hour. They were polite and left no messes. They were gracious enough to move a heavy coffee table out of one room. All 3 rooms still look great.

I had this provider come out twice: once for my home and once for my clinic. The results, from both visits, were startling and deeply satisfying. The carpets looked like new, even the eight year old rug in my condo which has seen terrible vomiting storms from the cat over the years.

.My service was scheduled very quickly and into the time frame I was available. The deal I purchased called for 2 rooms and stairs. When I have had carpets cleaned in the past, the cleaner counts the little area in the room entrance an "area" and charges for it. Tom who cleaned my carpets did these areas no question no charge as a room. That was a very nice surprise. I am very happy with the quality of the work and especially with Tom who seemed like he really cares about his customers.

I contacted Chicago Carpet Care based on their reviews and promotions seen on Angie's List. At the time of my inquiry, they were advertising for two different promotions. While the promotions were for the EXACT same service (cleaning a sofa + loveseat), they were different prices ($119 vs. $170). I called for an estimate on my sectional sofa and asked if I could use the promotion towards my sectional sofa. The woman I spoke with stated that she was not familiar with the deals because she was new to the company and would check with her supervisor (which she did, without putting me on hold). She responded by saying that I could use the $170 promotion towards my sectional but not the $119 deal, which I asked for clarification on since the $119 deal was for the identical service. I read the terms and conditions to her *verbatim* while looking at the coupons on my computer screen. She was unwilling to provide answers, which I found frustrating given that she had not heard of the promotions prior to our conversation. After going around a few times, I asked if I could get a call back from a supervisor. She begrudgingly took my name and phone number and I never received a response. While I can't speak to a completed job, I was really disappointed by my experience with Chicago Carpet Care's customer service.
