This was the second time I've used Chicago Carpet Care and have been very pleased both times. Both times Danny has done a great job, He was able to remove some old stains and was very professional.

Carpet and sofa cleaning went very well. Sent the rugs out and had to have one sent back b/c the fringe was brown, it's still discolored. Would have been a bigger problem if the rug was more valuable. I'm just going to cut the fringe off. Overall the service was great.

The gentlemen showed up and plugged everything in and didn't ask any questions. They blew the circuits in the house with an overload of their equipment. Blew the circuits a second time and finally finished the job then left. They overloaded the wiring so far to the point where a neutral melted and we ultimately lost half the electricity in our home. Had an electrician spend three and a half hours to repair it. Haven't yet received that bill but it will most likely be expensive. They said the next time I call them for carpet cleaning to tell them to bring truck mounted equipment so they wouldn't have to power from the home. It was nice advice when they left but now we have this damage. Currently I wouldn't use them again, but if they resolve this issue than I would consider using them again.

They did a good job with the service. They were on time and professional. No issues came up during the job.

The carpets looked great afterwards and I was impressed by how much dirt they removed.

I purchased the Angies Deal and arranged service easily through emails. The service was setup for less than a week from when I made the purchase, which was great. The service was excellent, professional and efficient. My furniture looks and smells lovely now.

Bought coupon for upholstery cleaning for sofa and loveseat. They would not honor it for cleaning of sectional sofa even though the prices were identical on the company's web site.

When the service technician came out, he informed us they only clean carpets. He told us to contact Angie's List for a refund.

It was fantastic. He came in and did what he had to do and left.

The job went very well! Tom showed up on time and went right to work. He was very professional and polite! The cleaning was quickly accomplished and the chair looks new again!

This is the third time we've used Chicago Carpet Care with an Angie's List deal and they continue to do a wonderful job. Our technician Danny was prompt and fast, while still doing a thorough job. He took a few extra minutes to do a second pass on a particularly tough stain and managed to get it all out. The folks in the office were also really helpful when there was a glitch trying to purchase the deal for this visit through the Angie's List website, and honored the deal price. We'll continue to use Chicago Carpet Care in the future.

I was very pleased with Chicago Carpet Care - both in quality of the results and the professionalism and friendliness of the service provider. When Thomas arrived, he was pleasant and began to survey the environment before he brought his equipment in. Once he had seen both sofas, he asked me how I would like to pay today and that he was set to begin. I let him go about his cleaning and Thomas was polite in asking to use the tub to fill the water buckets and notified me before he turned on the loud equipment as I was working from home that day. When he was done with the job, Thomas cleaned up everything, including the water that had dropped on the floor. He then shared with me how long the sofas would take to dry and asked if I needed anything else. As I completed the paperwork, he asked if I would be willing to provide referrals to my neighbors and write an Angie's list review, which of course I said yes to. He thanked me before he left. The overall process took no more than 30 minutes and was one of the easiest experiences I have had lately. I gladly give this recommendation for Chicago Carpet Care and will use them in the future as well.

Chicago Carpet Care is top notch. Everything went smoothly and they did a great job with my bedroom carpet and couch. Thought the price was very reasonable as well. I have used other carpet cleaning companies in Chicago and none of them have been as good.

The technician arrived on time and worked very hard from beginning to end (roughly 2 hours) and everything was left looking like new. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

He was business like coming on time and getting to work promptly. The problem was afterward. The carpeting was totally saturated with liquid and didn't dry out for 3 days. I'm sure that the matting under the carpet was really wet. He did improve the appearance of some stains on the carpet. I signed up for 2 years membership & got this as my deal. Although it was promised to me I haven't received my $50 rebate. WHERE IS IT??

It was not the best experience. The carpets look the same and that is the issue we had. He finished very quickly. Before he started out, I pointed out areas that were more soiled than others hoping he would spend an additional time on them. I thought he couldn't handle it. I was hoping it would change when it dried but it did not. I will be buying my own equipment and working on it.The price was good but I did not get the best of it. They called when they would be late.

The contractor was very friendly and did an amazing job cleaning my couch and loveseat. The work was done quickly, but very well.

Provider was prompt with scheduling, on time to preform services, and cleaned up after themselves. All in all a great experience.
