Chicago Carpet Care was great! It was easy to schedule, they arrived on time, and did great work. I would not hesitate to use them again.

The cleaner arrived promptly, assessed the area, discussed what could be done with the deal purchased, and performed the work diligently. Based on pricing, he was only asked to do two sets of stairs, but he did the third without extra cost as a courtesy. This was much appreciated. The carpets looked brand new, and they had a pleasant smell.

They are very nice people. They were easy to schedule with and very professional. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. I will definitely be using them again soon.

My experience was excellent! He was prompt for the appointment. He explained everything he was going to do in the appointment and even wore booties. He did not put my furniture back so I had to do it.

This was the first Big Deal I had purchased through Angie's List, and I was not disappointed. When I received the email for the Big Deal from Chicago Carpet Care, I called them requesting information for sofa cleaning. The woman who answered was extremely friendly and helpful, and I was able to book an appointment within a few days. The technician Dave arrived on time. He was extremely clean and did not make a mess like other non-Angie's List people I have used in the past. He was very personable and did a great job. I will definitely use them again in the future.

The service went well. Two technicians came out and completed the job in a couple hours. I had them clean the couch. They were nice and polite. They were efficient workers and I had no problem scheduling the deal.

I thought they did a good job cleaning the carpets, and they seemed to have got a LOT of dirt out. While they did look a little brighter, I had had the carpets cleaned just 5 months prior. It had me wondering if the previous cleaning was not good. I know there's been enough activity throughout that time to make them dirty, but the amount of dirt these guys got seemed a bit excessive. I'd probably use them again for comparison. Nonetheless, really good customer service, good job, and were in-and-out fast.

Went well, although he ran out of stain remover at the very end so we still have a few little spots.
