It went well. Worked hard and quickly.

I honestly don't remember but I think it was good.

Booked appointment over the phone, stair and landing counts were accurate when technician arrived. Quotes double versus phone quote. Told them it was double versus phone and all other quotes. Showed them an invoice from last time we had a company clean the stairs that showed the lower amount. Luckily I was able to rebook with a different company at the lower amount and they showed up 30 minutes after Chicago Carpet Care left.

Daniel was great! He called to see if he could come about an hour and a half earlier than scheduled, which was fine. He communicated well, did a great job, and cleaned up nicely after himself. I would definitely use this service again.

Very well. They moved everything that wasn't too heavy and cleaned underneath or behind furniture.

I work full time, and also go to school, so it has become more difficult to keep up with house work. At first i was nervous, as I do not like to have strangers in my home. On the first cleaning my boyfriend was in our home the whole time, and supervised the cleaning. When I got home, I was pleasantly surprised. Our home smelled clean, and after further inspection, I saw that the cleaner did a great job! She cleaned my home as well as I do. Chicago Carper Care does very well with my Shih Tzhu, who is loose in our home. I thought this may be a problem, but thank god, it has not been an issue. I also feel as though the pricing is very fair, which allows people on a budget to be able to take advantage of a great cleaning company. I recommend this company to anyone who has a busy schedule and needs help with keeping up with house work. It makes life so much easier, and at an affordable price!

It went very well. I liked the service. They did take a little long to get the final product than expected.

Excelllent job. On time. Excellent industrial carpet machine and dryer. Cleaned each room and put heavy duty dryer on while doing the next room. Very pleased

I was very happy with the whole experience. Everyone from the office staff to the tech who came out to clean were wonderful! It's always nice to talk to nice people. Danny who came to do the cleaning was really customer service focused and gave me some good tips on keeping the carpet clean going forward. I will be using them again!

They did a great job. Showed up on time. Got the job done quickly. White carpets went from looking dirty to nearly brand new.

Scheduling was easy. Staff was professional. Work was done well and he even gave me cleaning tips for at home maintenance

Removed spots, did general cleaning of 3 area rugs. Arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, completed task on time. Rugs looked brighter, all spots removed.

It was good. They did a good job so I was satisfied. They were on time. They finished the job on time. The carpets are looking better than they were before. I guess you can't ask for more than that. The price was good too. I will schedule them again.

The machine broke and he had to go back to the shop to get another machine and it turned into a longer affair than I wanted but what all was said was done. He did a pretty good job and I had to remind him to spray it with the fabric protector. It was pretty good. They did what they could. It seemed like a pretty good deal. What I wasn't sure about is when I asked him to spray the protector on there when he forgot to do it he went out and he just got a big thing of liquid in a tank and I am not really sure how much protector was in it and what was in that. It wasn't really labeled and wasn't a bottle of scotch card and was a tank or something that he just came out with and he seems like he almost filled it up with water outside. I asked him about it and he said there was protector in there and he only had to add a little water to it but I almost thought that he might just sprayed a little water. That part of it seemed a little bit strange. There might have been a little but there wasn't a lot in there and I don't think it was full a dosage you would get with a full scotch card that you would smell.

There were no additional costs to the $109 Big Deal. The service was alright.

The service was fine and there were no issues. The scheduling and availability were easy and I had no problems with that. I would use them again.

Just as promised and then some. They did a great job cleaning the carpet and especially focused on high traffic areas. We will definately use them again. Very professional.The intro rate was a tremendous deal.

It was an empty apartment so they were able to get in and out very quickly. The two workers, Hiro and Danny were very careful and professional in the way they went about the cleaning. I would definitely have them back again.

First off, customer service was great when setting up this appointment so I am not intending to bash this place. I wasn't there to oversee the job but when I got there I noticed an entire set of stairs, that I was charged for, that were apparently never cleaned. If they were, they did a poor or really fast job. There was a layer of dust on every stair so I doubt very much that they even touched them. Honestly, the rest of the job was fine and i was generally pleased with the carpets. Maybe it is my fault for not being there but I had a second opinion and they agreed that these stairs were never cleaned.

They were fine and we happy after they left. We had an issue previously with drying but not this time and they improved since the first time we used them. They were really good on price. They were thorough and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. The scheduling was not too bad.
