They do a good job. They've done a good job for me so I go back to them for that reason. I would give them an A across the board. I just purchased another one two days ago and I have them scheduled for the end of July.

Very good experience with Chicago Carpet Care. Would use them again without hesitation. I called this past Monday morning about getting a relatively small amount of carpet and upholstery cleaning done - two couches, a spot on oriental rug, and carpet in one room. The guy on the phone pointed me to an Angies List Big Deal that would save me money, so I booked my Big Deal while we were on the phone, and within about 2 minutes I had my appointment scheduled for that Friday between 10 - noon. The tech - Danny - arrived within the time window. He was polite and professional the entire time, answered my questions, and took care to do a complete and careful job. He finished relatively quickly (perhaps 1 - 1.5 hours) and was on his way. The total cost was $129 for the two couches, $49 for the carpet, and $20 for the spot - total of $198. I found these prices to be quite reasonable. All of the cleaned areas look terrific and I'm really glad I had the work done.

I've used this company once before. The cleaned my bedroom carpet and took and cleaned a rug for me. For that appointment, they were over an hour later than the two hour window I was allotted. Today, I had another appointment scheduled with them from 3-5pm. I have an appointment this evening, so I need to leave the house by 6pm. At 4:30pm, the technician calls me and tells me he will be at my home in "about an hour". When I ask how long the cleaning will take, as I've already been home from work for an hour and a half waiting, he tell me about 45 minutes. I can't wait--so now I have to cancel (after waiting all afternoon) and everything in my bedroom is off the floor. if you're going to ask that a consumer wait for 2 hours during the work day at home in order to receive your appointment, then you should arrive during the allotted time. I would not recommend them, and I would not use them again.

HORRIBLE!!! I normally don't provide feedback but there scheduling was horrible! The guy on the phone scheduling the appointments sounds professional but he has no idea what he is doing. I rescheduled a week ago to move the date 1 day in advance. He said no problem and he made for the same time slot from between 1-3pm. I called yesterday to confirm and he tells me that I'm scheduled for 3-5pm. He remembered me and even he admitted that someone moved me and there were no notes, that he was going to look into. Before he hung up, I indicated I could do earlier if that would help and he said yes, I have 10am-12pm available so I got to my unit at 9:45 and called again to get an estimated time arrival. The same guy on the phone says, he will be there shortly between 10am and noon. Its 11:30am now and I call to find out from the same frickin guy that I'm scheduled between 1-3pm. WHAT!!!! I TOLD HIM THAT HE RESCHEDULED AND CONFIRM minutes before my 10am appointment and he has the guts to say, someone reschedule you and didn't leave notes. REALLY AGAIN??? You just wasted my entire day!!!!! And then he calls me and tells me that the technician will arrive at 1:15pm. 1:30 rolls around and i call twice and he said he would call me back, that idiot never called back. Finally at 2:20pm the "technician" arrives who's a guy in a blue tee shirt with no company logo. He was nice but he kinda messed up my condo since i just finished cleaning it with water spillage and wet foot prints all over the place. He just helped himself to my kitchen. Unless you can waste your day and you don't have a clean home, these guys are for you. I wouldn't used them even if they were free!!!! Worst experience ever! And not professional at all, they my appear it at first but they are not.

Excellent service as usual. The men arrived on time and were professional and courteous. All services provided as requested.

Some information should be provided prior regarding area rugs, and type cleaned. Overall satisfied

The young gentleman that came to clean was just amazing. Manners of a saint. I even called the owner to let him know that he should feel blessed to have him working for him. My carpet looked like a million dollars when he was through.

Provider arrived on time, completed job in a timely manner. He was courteous and professional.

We were moving out of a condo we were renting in Lincoln Park and wanted to have the carpets cleaned prior to us turning in our keys to the landlord. The condo occupies the 3rd and 4th floor of the building with entry on the 3rd and the carpeting on the 4th, so I wanted to make sure to select a provider that would 1. come to Lincoln Park and 2. clean in a walk-up. Prior to purchasing I called the provider and spoke with Lee, she said that Lincoln Park was within their service area and that the walk-up was not a problem. I purchased the deal and added the details in the notes that this was a walk up and that I was going to use a staircase as one of my service areas. I called back two more times to check if a cancellation had opened up a sooner appointment and to confirm my appointment. On the second call Lee took specifics of the job (areas to be cleaned and number of stairs). On the day of the appointment the technician called at 7am and asked if he could service early, I said yes as it worked out much better with my schedule, he confirmed he would arrive within the hour. I drove from our new home (we moved the prior weekend) in Melrose Park to Lincoln Park. About an hour and fifteen minutes from that call the service provider called and said he was in the driveway, I said I was in front of our building and confirmed the address, he was at our new house. I was frustrated as that address was only updated in my Angie's List profile, but was not entered at all when I ordered service, I entered the Lincoln Park address and confirmed with Lee. The technician apologized and said he would drive to Lincoln Park which he did. When he arrived he was not aware it was a walk up, there was some heavy equipment to carry up flights of stairs. The technician was very professional and cleaned the areas requested. I took photos about 2 hours after the conclusion of the cleaning appointment when I returned to the condo from being out. I could smell the deodorizer used, pleasant. When I looked over the carpeting I could see only a bit of difference than prior to starting. I was especially frustrated in an area that I had spot cleaned a month prior using the Bissell Little Green Clean Machine (and their cleaning solution) to see just how dirty the white Berber carpeting was. My areas appeared much whiter than the rest of the carpeting. A spot in a closet was also still visible.

He was professional and the work was just as good as - if not better than - Servicemaster's, which is about twice the price. I've had bad carpet cleaners before and have only been happy with Servicemaster until I tried this company.

Very professional, punctual, courteous and friendly. The furniture (and condo) smelled and looked great. I will definitely hire again. Couldn't be happier with the results.

They showed up on time and provided the service requested. Our carpets look clean. We didn't even have to hang around while they were doing it. This was a pre-move-in cleaning.

This company is the best carpet cleaning group I have ever used. They are so professional it is amazing. They were very accommodating in that I was seriously ill for a few months and they still held the Angie's List price for me. I don't know how many others would have done the same thing. I have used this company before and they were just as good this time too. The crew arrived on time, were professional in their manner, asked me to show them what I needed done, prepared the carpet for cleaning by vacuuming the carpets first, pre-spotted the dirtier areas and proceeded to clean without delay. They did their work well and efficiently. I can't say enough good things about this company. When completed, I was asked to inspect the work and it was beautiful. They are the only company that consistently has gotten our stairs clean! Such a pleasure to work with in every way. I highly recommend this company.

They called ahead and let me know they would be there in 20 minutes. The two cleaners got to work right away and were done in about a half hour (4 -flat common area carpet). They were professional and courteous. I will use them again.

I bought the big deal- $109 for four areas. That covered 3 BR and a hallway. I requested they also do a downstairs basement and hallway plus stairs, which was another $190. Overall, the deal was worth it. THe workers showed up on time, were friendly and professional, and the carpet looks great. There were a few stains that they got out and even areas that didn't seem dirty look better. I used to rent a steam cleaner and do the work myself, but they do a much better job in terms of overall quality.

Rep was prompt, professional and courteous. Did all the furniture moving himself and service was prompt. Carpet and home was left in good order. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

This was an Angie's List Big Deal for four rooms/areas, one of which could be stairs. We bought the four area deal because one of the rooms we wanted done is really large. Chicago Carpet Care got in touch with us as soon as we bought the Big Deal and was very responsive to all messages and calls regarding scheduling. On the day of service, they came within the window of time indicated (between 8 and 10 am) and were friendly, courteous, and professional. They did a good job with the cleaning, too. The carpeting we had cleaned in two upstairs bedrooms looks almost like new, and the carpeting on the stairs looks a lot better than it did (it was pretty dirty because of high traffic, so I really didn't expect that they would be able to make it perfect). All in all, a very good experience.

Fine. Dan was quick and let us use their fan for an extra day to help dry out the carpets.

I adopted a new dog within the last year so I have many doggie accident spots on the carpets. The carpet cleaner was able to clean all of the carpets and remove the spots. He also sprayed a disinfectant and deodorizer. My carpets look great and all of the spots are gone.
