Description of Work: cleaning of three bedrooms, one small hall/landing and a 12 step staircase. Didn't look new but definitely looked and smelled very fresh and mostly stain free.

Description of Work: Prompt scheduling, serviceman Danny kept me up to date on arrival time. Worked fast and efficiently. Great job on my carpeting. I have a dog and entertain a lot and he made it look like new. Have re-used them since and same great results.

Description of Work: The service call started out shaky between my husband and the tech that was sent out. Once they worked out the misunderstanding of instructions, everything else went smoothly. We had moved all the furniture away from the walls for them, except the entertainment center and the china cabinet. When the tech arrived, my husband told him to just do around the big furniture (meaning the two large pieces. The tech started in the family room and did around the couch that we had put in the middle of the room. When my husband questioned him about why he wasn't moving it to do the rest of the floor, he replied that he was told to just do around the big pieces. Once they got that settled, the rest of the job went smoothly. There were spots that I was disappointed didn't come out, but that may not have been the fault of the company.

Description of Work: the overall cleaning for 4 rooms was done in a half hour. I thought it would be a good 2 hours of hard work. They were very polite and on time though.

Description of Work: Cleaned basement carpet. the only issue I had was the drying part. They tech. seemed so rushed to leave that he left his 2 fans on for about 5 minutes in only one part of the basement(which is 1000 sq feet) and took off. when I did my walk through there were areas that were still wet. But he did advise me that if I had a fan just to turn it on and it would try very quick. He was right. Another thing was he asked to use my water supply. I thought these guys come equipped with their own water. Maybe I'm wrong, but I figure if your using my water then the price should be modified or you should tell me how much of my water you are using.

Description of Work: He cleaned the carpets in my kids bedrooms and our family room. They were quite dirty and they looked and smelled great when he was done. He called me a few hours before his appointed time to ask if it would be convenient for him to come earlier (which it was). He was very professional and courteous and did a great job very efficiently.

Description of Work: I had an appointment scheduled for 1-3pm. Danny called at 11:30am to tell me that he would be closer to the 3pm time, which I really appreciated so I could schedule my day rather that just wait for him. He showed up at just about 3pm and did a great job cleaning my carpets, which i described as "dorm room condition". He got up all the disgusting stains and high traffic areas. He did a very professional job and didn't charge extra for the stains that I thought would require additional attention. I would highly recomment that you use CHICAGO CARPET CARE, and ask for DANNY. He was great!

Description of Work: All carpet including stairs. Service used the "portable" machine and was not powered from a truck or van. Because of the need to empty and refill this machine inside the home and right on the carpet, I'm not fond of this method. I've had two bad experiences with this type of equipment in the past. But this was not a bad experience. However, I prefer that the dirty water stay outside of my home. This is why I gave an overall "B" rating. After the living/dining room carpet dried, I was able to see areas that were not cleaned very well. This is a very light cream colored Berber carpet. He did, however do more than advertised, for the price and was a very respectful (and quiet) young man. I would suggest that this company move to a machine that stays in the truck.

Description of Work: I had 2 properties serviced on the same day, different techs. I used them for my home and then for a rental property(which was empty).While at the rental, I had them at my house and the machine broke so he left.Back at the rental it was quite wet and we had renters coming in the next evening.They came back to the house another day for service, which was fine. This time it wasn't as wet however, if the carpet is wet I feel paper should be provided.

Description of Work: Cleaning of three heavily used areas, 3 bedrooms and 1 hallway. Did a great job. I couldn't believe it would be possible to do anything in rooms where a dog came in with tar in his paws. It will need more cleaning than 'just once', so in 6 months I'm planning to call them again.

Description of Work: They steamed and cleaned the carpets, and everything went well. They were courteous, inexpensive, and they did an excellent job.
