Description of Work: We purchased a kitchen design. Davyd made an in-home visit and measured, discussed options with us, etc. A week later he emailed two views of the design, along with a detailed cost listing. Now we just have to decide whether / when to have the work done. So far we are very pleased.

Description of Work: Chi Renovation provided plans for a kitchen renovation. Plans were developed & provided in a timely fashion. The design for the renovation made excellent use of available space & would provide a major upgrade in regards to functionality. Larry, the Chi Renovation representative was prompt, professional & knowledgeable. However, cost for the renovation was high (close to $21K without re-doing the floor in a small to medium size kitchen). Labor cost alone were over $8K.

Description of Work: Overall, the experience for the plans was pleasant. They gave me several good ideas for a kitchen and basement remodel. I decided to go with another contractor for the actual remodel, but I'm happy to had this company come take a look at the house.

Description of Work: They were suppose to give me a 3d design of a bathroom. Instead, I got a partial design in which they left out the most important part which was the window we are going to reinsert. I feel this was mostly to get my business in renovating the bathroom and not to give me a 3d design.

Description of Work: We met with Larry of Chi Renovations and Design. He's experienced, professional, and pleasant to deal with. We had taken advantage of the Angie's List deal of $50 for kitchen design drawings. Larry listened to our ideas, offered some of his own, and met with us again to give us the design drawings and Chi's estimate if they were to do the job. There was no sales pressure, which we appreciated. |We're still discussing whether we're able to do this kitchen renovation.

Description of Work: We took advantage of the Angie's list "$49 for a Kitchen or Bathroom Design Consultation with a Full Set of Plans" deal. The Designer/Consultant Jonathan who came to our house was very professional and full of ideas. He listened very carefully to what my wife and I were hoping for in a Kitchen remodel. We were very impressed with his ideas. We certainly got more than $49 worth of consultation. The final estimate for the remodel was a little more than what we could afford at this time, but it was a very fair estimate. We will certainly consider Chi Renovation when we commit to the remodel.

Description of Work: We did a complete remodel of our kitchen and basement. Lior was easy to work with and more than willing to incorporate our ideas into his work. The workmen were as tidy as one can be during a remodel, and you can see they take pride in a job well done. I plan on using them for our next project...although it may take a little while to recover from this one. ;-)

Description of Work: As a Christmas present my husband and I decided we would renovate our kitchen. We wanted to make sure it was done right. We wanted to update the counter tops as well as the cabinets and sink. We looked around and came across CHI Renovations, we called them up and someone was able to come to the house within a week to look at what needed to be done. After discussing what needed to be done my husband and I took the time to discuss what we wanted everything to look as so we would have an idea what to tell the company when they came back. We were able to finish the kitchen before Christmas, which was wonderful. Overall CHI renovations did a great job with their work and we are very happy with the outcome. We will be using this company again if we decide to update more of the house.

Description of Work: A+ for kitchen remodeling and bathroom remodeling project that was completed in time and with excellent quality. Our kitchen and bathroom needed to be remodeled, because it was a disaster zone before Chi Renovation started working. Asked for separate estimates for kitchen remodeling and for bathroom remodeling. And decided to go for both, because the price was reasonable. Now our bathroom and kitchen look totally different after remodeling. Very good job!!!
