Description of Work: Water was coming up into my kitchen sink. He rodded (?) the lines and all water is now flushing into the proper lines. He also repaired some of the piping under the kitchen sink. Last year he replaced a toilet in the bathroom.

Description of Work: Do not recall cost but it was reasonable. Installed new kitchen faucet in a very tight spot, removed garbage disposal and re-piped sink, re-set toilet (not previously installed by them). On time, knowledgeable, quick and quality results. What more could you want?

Description of Work: I asked for an early appointment and they arrived on the dot. Workmen were careful not to bring debris and dust into house. They were very efficient and needed to replace a part, which they had on the truck. I felt they were honest and professional. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Our sump pump was not functioning properly and so I called Bill's Plumbing. They were able to send someone out that afternoon. He arrived during the promised four hour time window and went straight to the job. The float on the pump must have gotten stuck by a fluke since it adjusted while he was opening the sump pit. He checked it briefly and was done in about 10 minutes.

+ 0 moreIt was very good. I remember some time ago we had a back up in our sewer. He came out right away and fixed it immediately, so he is very good. I would recommend him to anyone. He is an honest person.
Description of Work: If the shower was running hot water and someone tried to use the hot water in the kitchen sink it would only come out cold, so he came out and fixed a water temperature problem.

+ -1 moreRESPONDED QUICKLY (DAY OR TWO) TO OUR MESSAGE, BUT WAITED THREE WEEKS FOR ESTIMATE IN MAIL. BY THE TIME WE GOT ESTIMATE, WE HAD ALREADY CONTRACTED TO HAVE THE SAME WORK DONE...AT $300! IN FAIRNESS, WE DID SPEND ADDITIONAL 500 ON FLOOD CONTROL (NEW PUMP AND PIPE). BUT STILL SAVED 500! DID SEEM TO KNOW WHAT NEEDED DONE, JUST PRICEY. IT SEEMED AS THOUGH THE JOB WAS MORE LABOR INTENSIVE THAT WHAT HE WAS WILLING TO DO. THUS THE BOTH LATE AND INFLATED ESTIMATE.
Description of Work: HAD TO REDO ALL THE DRAINS AND FEEDS UNDER A KITCHEN SINK (PURCHASED HOME WITH REFINISHED KITCHEN, BUT POORLY DONE). ALSO TO COMPLETE PUMP INSPECTION/WORK ON FLOOD CONTROL SYSTEM.
