Description of Work: called talked to first time, they were to call back the following week. Since they didn't call, I left a message on the answering machine and again did not receive a call.

Description of Work: Andy's cleaned the gutters in my 3 story home, scheduled soon after my initial call, arrived punctually (actually were able to move the service up from the originally scheduled date to an earlier one, which I appreciated), worked carefully and professionally, and now the gutters are clean!

Description of Work: Its been 3 weeks and 2 phone calls and I am still waiting for the inspector to contact me to schedule an appt. to evaluate our problem. I first called 5/6/14 and spoke with a woman explaining our gutter problem. She said the inspector only came to our area on Tuesdays. I said fine and left my number. I have voicemail but received no call or message. I called again 5/21/14 and had to leave a voice message this time requesting a call back. It is now 5/26/14 and no response.

Description of Work: We lost our gutter because of too much ice. I gave a b for responsiveness because it took a week for them to come out because all gutter companies were slammed at that time. The two guys who came out did multiple jobs for us and did an excellent job. I am using them again for gutter cleaning and would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I thought I needed a joint repair because my second story gutters were leaking at the corner. Andy's crew came out and determined there was no leak, just a lot of debris. They cleaned out all my gutters for a very reasonable price and cleaned everything up well. Sure enough, there was no more leaking the next time we had rain. Very satisfied, plan to use them every year.

Description of Work: Andy's cleaned my gutters and did some repairs. When he came out to fo the estimate, he said it would take 3 weeks to get to my job, weather permitting. The weather has not been any worse or better than usual, but It took him about 5 weeks to come out and perform the job. I don't mind waiting an extra couple of weeks, but when I called his ofice to check on when he was to come out, I either got a busy signal or the phone would ring nonstop without a pickup / answering machine. I did manage to leave a message once, but Andy did not return my call.

Description of Work: Complete replacement of gutters and downspouts for two story home. Removed old gutters and carted off. Did the job exactly as promised and with a cheerful smile. Clean work, did not damage plantings or exterior paint. Had to come back to add a gutter after other work done, and did this again very professionally. Definitely will be using them in future. He does the gutter cleaning now.

Description of Work: The date and cost are only estimates. Andy's has done work for me several times, including gutter cleaning, repair of a leaky porch roof and repair of a hole in a soffet. They have always been responsive, professional and reasonably priced.
