Description of Work: I read the reviews and emailed them to get a timeframe estimate. They were very busy but emailed me back quickly letting me know that it would be about 5-10 days before they would be able to get to my house. I wrote them back and let them know that this would be ok and if they got a cancellation to think of me. Well they apparently did and gave me a call to let me know someone would be there that next Monday. In the meantime, I got another service to come by to give me an estimate. I was told that I would need to replace the entire back of my roof and that it would cost $2,200. I was about to get another estimate when I got the call from Andy's. Monday morning they came, they saw, they repaired. They got there and we heard them on the roof and thought they were taking a look and would give us the bad news at any moment. After a while we didn't hear any more noise so I went to look outside. They were gone but left an invoice in my mailbox for $250. On the invoice it stated the work that had been done. Not only did they perform the work I requested, but they also checked the entire roof and caulked where ever else they felt it was needed and they checked my gutters. I called to make sure that they had put down the correct price. They said yes and said that I could mail them a check and thanked me for the business. If I only had a megaphone............

I CALLED ANDY ON A MONDAY MORNING (IN FRIGID JANUARY), HE RETURNED MY CALL THAT AFTERNOON, SAID HE'D WORK OUR JOB IN AROUND OTHER BIGGER PROJECTS HE WAS WORKING ON IN THE AREA, AND ESTIMATED THAT THE JOB WOULD COST $75. HE ARRIVED THAT WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON, SET UP A LADDER IN THE ICY COURTYARD, AND DID THE JOB QUICKLY AND EXPERTLY, FOR EXACTLY THE PRICE QUOTED! ALL TO OUR COMPLETE SATISFACTION. HE CERTAINLY DESERVES THE HIGH RATING HE'S BEEN GIVEN BY OTHERS ON ANGIE'S LIST.
