The actual cleaning of the gutter when fine once they actually came out. Getting the service scheduled was the biggest issue, but once that was done everything was great.

I've used Andy since I found him here on Angies List over 7 years ago. He is reliable, punctual and offers very sound advice. I also did not necessarily have to be home for the work to get done. He would often come and do it and then bill me.

We have been using Andy's for quite a few years now. Our current house is large -- 3 stories -- and difficult to clear. We are surrounded by maple trees and cottonwoods. They do a great job and are very reasonable. We highly recommend them.

Honest, fast, good. As usual, they arrived and did the repairs around the house. This included some more checking on damage and tar/seal repair shingles where required. Outstanding team. Sadly I discovered that Andy has passed but his son-in-law Ken did the work. They did have some scheduling problems due to all the damage last winter caused. Their process is to show up, do the work and just go on about their day.

As usual, it was painless and well done. They inspected, gave me an estimate for the work that should be done. I have asked them to do the additional work.

I had been a long time customer of Andy's gutters for over ten years. I started using the service after seeing their high rating on Angie's List. But for the last few years, the service, response and the follow up, has been very, very poor. Andy'sCustom Gutter's would never call back to give you an approximate time or date. In this day and age, how hard is that to do. Last fall, I contacted Andy's Gutter's and requested a gutter cleaning. It was mid-November, but I wanted all my leaves to fall, and then have my gutter's cleaned out. Once again, no call back, I had to make several calls. Then we had our first snow, and early winter. This year, 2014, I start calling early March, and again, no call back. After several weeks, and several calls, I received a call back. In the meantime, we had the worse rain of March, and the gutters were so bad, that I had water damage on interior walls of my home. I was not happy. Finally, I did receive a call stating the crew was going to come out. They came out, and stated because a new home was being constructed next to my home, they could not perform the work. Yes, just another excuse not to do the work. I called Andy's Custom Gutters back, and left another message explaining that I have a good relationship with the builder, and they would let the crew on their property to clean my gutters. That was two weeks ago and of course, no call back. I give Andy's a big "F". I was a repeat customer and they treated like garbage. Their lack of response has caused damage to my home. I will never use them again.

I requested a gutter cleaning and downspout repair late last fall. I was told they were very busy, but they would try to get to it before the weather was too cold. After much delay and several communications back and forth, they did not get to the gutters but did repair the downspout. They told me they would get to the gutters first thing in the spring. In the spring, at the end of March after the weather had moderated for a while I contacted them again several times. I finally received a reply saying they would put me in the schedule but it would be a while. Why wasn't I already in the schedule already as they promised last fall? I contacted them again 10 days or so later and was told they would be here in a day or two, but could not tell me what day. A few days later I gave up and left them a message to permanently remove me from their schedule. People who have to be chased to perform a promised service and receive my money won't get my business or recommendation. I have other issues I need to spend my time on. In my opinion, they acted as if they were doing me a favor.

Ken arrived on time to provide an estimate of the cost. He explained what they'd do and helped me understand the diff between a soffit and a fascia. He pointed out that my old gutters were very good quality and would probably need minimal repair. Most of what ended up being replaced were the downspouts. While the crew replaced the downspouts they noticed a cloged drain and suggested a get a plumber in to look at it. Turned out that the pipe to the sewer was broken so it was a timely suggestion!

We had a great experience and they were very good about cleaning up .

I used them and they were very responsive. The came and quickly removed debris out of my gutters. They then replace the entire front end gutters and downspouts on my house and fixed another set. I plan to use them next spring again. thanks

Andy's is a reliable professional company. I have used their services several times in the past. They were thorough in doing the work, careful about fragile shrubs and plantings in the garden, and did a complete cleanup. Andy's will also advise of any needed repair or replacement they encounter.

Very satisfied with attention to detail during the consultation. Pricing overall seemed fine, though I thought the quote for some of the sealing was a bit high. I'll likely use them for some of the work.

Scheduling the work was pretty vague. On the other hand, there was no emergency. Probably three weeks passed until two men arrived and did about half before it started to rain. The work was completed about ten days later. I can't get up to check so I assume the work was thorough. They cleaned up everything. I would use again.

Work was estimated by me taking a picture with my phone and emailing it to Andrea, the owner. Was estimated quickly and work started soon after. price was very reasonable and work was done very professionally.

They responded to my inquiry quickly and they are very knowledgeable.

They were extremely prompt and responsive.. There was a problem with the pitch of the gutter but I called and they returned my call in a half hour and they were back the next day to fix it. I was very happy with service. The workmen were very neat about their work and it looks wonderful. I highly recommend them.

Andy's Custom Gutters, Inc. was the only one who accepted our small job. It was very hard to get somebody to do it, because most companies like to do big jobs. We called us, looked at the job and fixed it. We never saw him. We paid him through the mail. He wasn't the best but he wasn't the worse. He did it in a timely manner.

They were good. I was happy with them. The other vendors who had quote on the job wanted to replace the gutters entirely and Andy was able to use the existing gutters and just realign them. He was pretty responsive.

Andy and team have come out several times in the past few years to clean out gutters. They are prompt and efficient, and reasonably priced--usually around $100 for my split level home. This service, I needed some repairs to gutters that were leaking and replacement to the soffits and siding that had blown way. Andy did everything as promised and I would absolutely use him again when our gutters fill up with leaves and maple seed pods. I appreciate that he did not try to sell me on gutter replacement but simply offered to fix what we have.

Most leaks were repaired. Several small leaks remain. They did a better job than a gutter company I used for same problem last year.

He comes in and gets the job done. His prices are reasonable and he is an interesting guy. If I know how deal with him then he is fine. I would use him again in the future.
